PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. telah memiliki sejarah yang sangat panjang di industri semen nasional. Cikal bakal pendirian Perseroan telah dimulai sejak 1975 dengan berdirinya PT Distinct Indonesia Cement Enterprise (DICE) yang memiliki pabrik semen dengan kapasitas terpasang sebesar 500.000 ton di wilayah Citeureup, Jawa Barat.

Pada Oktober 2016, Perseroan mulai mengoperasikan pabrik ketiga belas yang disebut Plant 14 di Kompleks Pabrik Citeureup. Pabrik dengan kapasitas produksi 4,4 juta ton per tahun ini merupakan pabrik semen terintegrasi terbesar yang pernah dibangun oleh Indocement dan HeidelbergCement Group. Dengan beroperasinya Plant 14, kapasitas terpasang Perseroan meningkat menjadi 25,5 juta ton semen/tahun.

Lowongan Kerja PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk – Heidelberg Materials

Saat ini PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Procurement Administrator

Responsibilities :

• Process and input procurement data into the BAR panel based on information received from the relevant Purchaser, until the issuance of the Purchase Order (PO).
• Verify and control price calculations for each Purchase Order to ensure alignment with approved quotations or offers.
• Manage the issuance, distribution, filing, and control of Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to support smooth and timely procurement operations.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including report preparation and data updates as needed.

Requirements :

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D-3) degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role, preferably in procurement or supply chain functions.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage and organize data accurately.
• Language Skills: Basic understanding of English (both written and spoken).

2. Maintenance Heavy Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring Maintenance Activities (preventive and repair) Heavy Equipment Maintenance in Andesite Mine.
• Provide accountable & reliable maintenance report
• Ensuring good Maintenance Management System

Qualifications :

• Office Location : Jonggol/Cariu site Kab. Bogor or all Aggregate operation unit.
• Able to communicate & write report in English.
• Education Background : Minimum Associate degree (D3) in Mechanical
• Minimum 6 years experience as Sr. Maintenance / Sr. Mechanic at Mining Company or Heavy Duty Maintenance.
• Accountable, strive for excellent, good integrity, process driven performance, team work.
• Communicative, interactive, inovative, have strong leadership, & full of self initiative.
• Good understanding in managing yellow Machine/Mining Heavy Equipment (Dump truck, excavator, bulldozer, wheel loader, etc.) and Maintenance Management System.

3. IT Security Officer

Key Roles :

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity alerts and incidents on a daily basis.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, log analysis, and threat intelligence monitoring to proactively identify potential risks.
• Lead first-line incident response, containment, and remediation activities for detected security threats.
• Ensure timely escalation and documentation of incidents according to established security procedures.
• Maintain and enhance endpoint, network, and application security controls.
• Conduct periodic reviews of firewall, access rights, and system configurations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, application, and helpdesk teams to ensure consistent security enforcement.
• Coordinate with business units and the Group Cybersecurity Team during threat response or mitigation efforts.
• Provide advisory support on secure configuration, patch management, and data protection practices.

Qualification :

• Willing to be assigned to the Citeureup Plant Site – Bogor, with a shift schedule pattern.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline with GPA 3.0 above.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Security Operations, Network Security, or Incident Response.
• Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM tools, EDR/XDR platforms, and network monitoring systems.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Proficiency in network protocols, threat analysis, intrusion detection, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with vulnerability management, patching processes, and log correlation.
• Have professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 are highly advantageous.
