Lowongan Kerja PT Aero Systems Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group)

Saat ini PT Aero Systems Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group) saat ini sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Legal Officer Trainee

Job Description :

  • Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions.
  • Prepares legal documents and drafts of contracts related to the company’s business.
  • Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation related to the company’s business.
  • Mantains all the company’s legal documentation

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law, fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations related to company.
  • Capability of legal written and oral communication skills.
  • Capability of work internally & externally in a professional manner.
  • Capability of performing legal and factual research, prepare legal business letters, documents, and contracts.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the Legal English.
  • Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training.
  • Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).

2. Project Management Trainee

Job Description :

  • Supporting Project Management Department for administration tasks
  • Handling basic Project administrative tasks, such as preparation of project documentation, daily activities reports every week, filling all activities project documents and etc
  • Coordinate all document reconciliation with other departments related to project standards and project billing
  • Does other selective tasks given by Manager Project Management

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Fresh Graduate or maximum 1-year experience in IT Industry
  • Willing to join 1-year Trainee Program
  • Expert in operating Ms. Office
  • Have excellent communication & administration skills
  • Good understanding of Project Management
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Area)

3. Senior Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes budgets, prepares periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs (Management & Performance Report and its supporting data).
  • Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial l statements, and other financial reports to 234 assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Conducting a review of inter-company reconciliations in SAP.
  • Providing input in establishing accounting needs and recommending, developing, and maintaining solutions for business and financial issues, including all risks and how to mitigate them.
  • Analyzes monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Compile and reconcile all tax items including tax received WHT 23.
  • Collaborate with external auditor to ensure reporting based on financial accounting standard and posted in proper accounts.
  • Completing and monitoring quarterly consolidation package.
  • Support GM in reviewing cost allocation inline with budget description.
  • Assisting superiors in preparing management reports to be submitted to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accounting records, filing systems and computer files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
  • Does other selective tasks given by Manager Accounting.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Master Degree would be an advantage.
  • Experience as accounting / finance in IT industry would be an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate level knowledge in SAP.
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willing to work hard & under preassure.
  • Wiling to meet new enviroment & new assignment.
  • Willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).
