Front Office (Concierge)
- Location : Central Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Able to communicate effectively and courteously with residents and guests/visitors who require assistance or information, either in person or via telephone.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of all residents and their respective unit locations.
- Uphold the company’s image by consistently providing friendly, prompt, and accurate service to residents.
- Assist and provide information or support to residents and guests/visitors according to their needs; if uncertain, refer the matter to the Supervisor, especially regarding facilities within the apartment.
- Receive and record residents’ complaints or repair requests, and forward them to the authorized department for follow-up.
- Receive and record all incoming documents, packages, and letters in the logbook, and promptly deliver them to the intended recipients.
- Welcome and screen all visitors, including Property Management employees, vendors, and contractors entering the premises.
- Be familiar with and able to explain the apartment’s rules and regulations to residents and guests.
- Maintain a professional attitude with a clean, neat, and proper appearance, using polite and respectful language at all times. Be friendly and approachable to all residents and visitors seeking assistance or information.
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality service standards set by Management in handling guests, telephone calls, correspondence, messages, and information.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to support the overall operations of Property Management.
- Perform any special assignments or additional duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Communication or Hospitality.
- Able to communicate in English (passive proficiency).
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications.
