Graduate Development Program (GDP)

1. GDP – Mining

Education :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geology & Geodetic Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience :

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia.

2. GDP – Safety, Health & Environment

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Safety & Health or Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience :

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

3. DGP – Engineering & Construction

Education :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geomatics, Marine Engineer and Law with graduated max. in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience :

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills

4. GDP – Human Capital

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Any Major with maximum graduated in 2023.

5. GDP – Supply Chain Management

Education :

6. GDP – PLSS

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience :

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to or strong interest in the energy, mining, logistics, or offshore industry.
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with an interest in digital marketing and branding.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.

7. GDP – Digital Excellent

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields with maximum graduated in 2023.

Education :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering Major (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) with maximum graduated in 2023.
