1. Customer Service Assistant

Requirements :

While we prefer someone with a degree, it’s not essential as we are looking for someone with a vibrant personality to handle our customers
Willingness to learn about our awesome products and services
Have an eye for details and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken is a must
Able to do a rotational weekend shift
Able to work between 6:00 am-12: 00 am, 5 days a week
Proactive and analytical
Fast learner
A customer-oriented person who is friendly yet determined to excel in a fast-growing company

2. Senior Executive Public Relations

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relation/Marketing/Advertising/Art & Media/Mass Media from reputable universities
Advanced in English, both written & verbal
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Computer literate in Microsoft Office required (Powerpoint, Word, & Excel)
Highly responsible & reliable, excellent communication, presentation skills, detail-oriented, & analytical problem solver
Proven experience in coordinating & managing effective PR Campaigns through the various channel (printed, electronic, & online)
Interest in Fashion industry & having strong relationship with media / blogger / influencer/community
Able to work under pressure with a limited timeline
Outgoing personality with a good attitude
Able to be on stage sometimes
Representable for fashion & lifestyle company
Able to do some jobs extra miles beside the job description

3. Social Media Manager

Requirements :

More than 5 years of experience in social media & influencer marketing ideally with e-commerce or social media agency
Strong familiarity with social platforms like TikTok, FB/IG, & Twitter
Demonstrated experience in leading social media & influencer teams with meaningful results both in top-of-funnel, sales, and payback metrics
Experienced with social media management & analytics tools
Demonstrated experience in establishing an agile process in identifying and riding on trends by leveraging social listening tools
Highly organized in planning and managing day-to-day executions
Able to provide immediate optimization insights based on past experiments & latest social media trends/updates
Contextually creative with good taste in visual design and storytelling areas
Data-driven with strong understanding in the context of social media metrics
Fluent in English and able to work both comfortably and confidently with global peers

4. Account Manager (Footwear)

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background
At least 3 year(s) of working experiences as a Buyer in Footwear category
Excellent or fluent English skills required
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
A well-developed eye for spotting winners and identifying product opportunities
Strong understanding of MS Excel preferred
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
A dynamic, results-driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Ambition to exceed expectations and rise ranks within the buying division

5. Category Manager (Home & Lifestyle)

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background from reputable university
Excellent or fluent English skills required
Minimum 5 year working experiences as Buyer/Merchandiser Consignment in the platform/online business, department stores handling home & lifestyle and multiple brands
Great project management skills
Great communication skills
Strong understanding of MS Excel is a must
Exceptional time management skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
A dynamic, results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
Ambition to exceed expectations and rise ranks within the buying division

6. Senior Executive Social Media

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in marketing communications, advertising, journalism major studies
Minimum 4 years experiences in managing Social Media Channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube Channel) from top media company, digital/marketing agency, ecommerce is preferred
Strong network and relationship with fashion influencer or blogger community
Familiar with Google Analytics is a plus
Tech savvy, creative, aware with trend updates, and current celebrities/influencers lifestyle
Have a good taste in fashion style and photography
A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs
Fluent English communication skill and excellent interpersonal skill
Solid creative writing skills in both Bahasa and English
A dynamic person, result driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
High quality of outputs; attention to detail, creativity, planning ability, act professionally
Highly efficient; speed in completing assignments, meet deadlines, prioritization, responsiveness to requests, self-driven
Excellent work morale; dedicated, trustworthy, collaborate well with other department

7. Operational Excellence Senior Executive

Requirements :

Must be a university graduate (S1)
At least 3 years experience (in consulting or multinational companies) leading and delivering process improvement projects
Having deep understanding in warehouse and logistic processes
Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions, and implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English), capability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Comfortable to work in a very dynamic business environment and capability to develop and execute priorities with rapidly changing business priorities
Tech savvy with very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Willing to work in Bekasi Warehouse
Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus

8. Junior Buyer

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree with economics, finance, business, marketing background from reputable university
Excellent or fluent English skills required
Minimum 1 year working experiences as Buyer/Merchandiser
Great project management skills
Great communication skills, especially on brand acquisition side
Strong understanding of MS Excel is a must
Exceptional time management skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Self-starter

9. Buying Intern

Responsibilities :

Assisting the Merchandising team to identify and evaluate brands revenue
Analyze consumer, competitor, and industry trends

Requirements :

Last semester of college/freshgrads
Available full-time Mon-Fri, 9 AM-6 PM (able to work from office in South Jakarta 2-3 times a week)
Willing to commit for 6 months internship duration
Interested in fashion
Interested to learn about the buying department
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (such as Pivot Table, Vlookup, iferror, etc. There will be an excel assessment test.)
Able to join immediately

10. Campaign Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
Minimum 5 years working experience in Campaigns management or similar role
Extremely high level of attention-to-details, organized, and ability to adapt to fast paced environment
Familiar with Google Analytics or equivalent tool is an additional value, capable of interpreting data and reports
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
