Lowongan Kerja Seven Retail Group

Saat ini Seven Retail Group membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Finance Staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make a recapitulation of petty cash and expenses
  • Recap the profit and loss supporting data
  • Responsible and make realization of RAB

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least a D3/S1 education majoring in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in finance and related field
  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • Having good communication skills
  • Excellent to operate MS Excel is a must
  • Have discipline, high accuracy, and thorough
  • Willing to work on Saturday, half a day
  • Office location: Lodan Ancol

2. Accounting Staff

Core Responsibilities:

  • Working on financial reports
  • Thorough and Diligent, willing to work under pressure
  • Responsible to the Accounting Manager
  • Carry out the Company’s financial administration activities (journal entry to document archives) to ensure the smooth, accurate and orderly Company’s financial administration
  • Ensure all documents are stored neatly and can be traced

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least a D3/S1 education majoring in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in Accounting/Tax field
  • Preferably have experience in F&B company
  • Have knowledge of EDC Machine, Current Account, E-Wallet
  • Have discipline, high accuracy
  • Willing to work on Saturday, half a day
  • Office location: Lodan Ancol

3. MEP Drafter (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Drafter)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Make detailed and thorough working drawings
  • Coordinate with store designers regarding designs being made
  • Make detailed equipment and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings
  • Able to work under pressure or deadlines
  • Having good communication skills

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least a SMA/SMK/Equivalent; S1/S2/Equivalent with a relevant major
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an MEP drafter and its scope
  • Able to operate CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software smoothly
  • Understand wiring diagrams and their implementation
  • Understand schematic drawing and its implementation

4. Quality Assurance Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Define the scope of internal audit and develop an annual plan for the company
  • Determine audit frequency, audit subject and audit scope to achieve audit objectives.
  • Test and evaluate the implementation of internal control and risk management system in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide suggestions for improvement and other objective information relating to the activity being examined at all levels of management as necessary.
  • Make a report on audit results and submit it to the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the implementation of the follow-up improvements that have been suggested.
  • Develop a program to evaluate the quality of the internal audit activities carried out.
  • Develop and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards that are implemented such as ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 (food safety)
  • Ensure that all internal systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of specific certification bodies

Key Requirements:

  • Min. a bachelor’s degree of any field
  • 5+ years audit experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in a professional services role
  • Deep understanding of survey tools and techniques.
  • Ability to make connections and derive insights from data.
  • Able to juggle multiple demands and to manage remote teams
  • Service-orientated and a critical thinker
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent writer and editor who is detail orientated
  • Comfortable managing complex projects, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done
  • Have a good understanding of how various Quality Audit processes and procedures relate to operational quality and effectiveness.

5. General Affair

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle vehicle management and maintenance on a regular basis
  • Carry out recording, checking, and periodic maintenance of building/office assets
  • Checking the cleanliness of the work environment (workspace, lobby, and all areas of the company)
  • Supervise the work of Office Boy, Security, and Driver
  • Responsible for all forms of company licensing
  • Liaising with external parties (local government, police, district government, mass organizations, journalists, urban villages, sub-districts, etc.)

Key Requirements:

  • Have at least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree education
  • Able to operate MS Office well
  • Work with honest, integrity, and energic
  • Understand end-to-end general affair job
  • Having good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Cikupa or Bintaro
  • Willing to work on mobile

6. Business Mentor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Doing follow up to Investors
  • Make progress update for sales data
  • Responsible for conducting the sales process of several Seven Retail Group brand franchises

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent to using Ms. Office, Excel – Spreadsheet

7. Location Development Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize team to search a location for opening a new store for retail business
  • Conduct re-survey and create feasibility study for each location found
  • Negotiate with landlord/owner/developer
  • Planning and mapping potential area for retail business
  • Organizing many tasks into a timeline and complete on time
  • Analysis business process, responsible for bridging the needs of the business and the system to be developed
  • Developing and implementing new procedures
  • Developing existing and new location team members
  • Analyzing and reporting data to Business Development Manager
  • Control day to day target achievement for location finding of the team
  • Conduct meeting with Partner to explain the business potential of the location found

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree’s from Civil Engineering or Architecture is more preferred
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in related industry (Retail or Food and Beverages)
  • Excellence Communication & negotiation skills
  • Solid technical background and managerial skills
  • Excellence in project management skills (Budgeting and managing project timelines)

8. Regional Operations Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Implement root cause analysis and process variation analysis tools based on statistical process control methods in order to create a stable operating system that consistently delivers excellent customer experience in all 40 stores in the region.
  • Manage the Store expansion of 30 new stores (3 stores every month), by creating & stabilizing the store opening process to minimize variation.
  • Nurture talent & hire the best people in order to fill all new vacant roles at the right time, Including Area Managers, Store supervisors, and all outlet level employee roles.
  • Leads continuous improvement programs related to the recruitment, retention, and performance management of the customer operations management team.
  • Reducing outlet level turnover from current levels to best in industry standard
  • Control costs all outlet related costs according to Budget mandated by management.
  • Strong in analysis, create structure and SOP
  • Strong in manual training and support for auditor

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant.
  • Min. 5 years of being in a managerial role – leading a team of 100+ people in order to achieve productivity gains and/or quality improvement gains.
  • Experience in successfully implementing Continuous Improvement & Six Sigma in previous work place
  • Understanding about 7 tools (Pareto, Fishbone Diagram, etc.)
  • Food & Beverage experience is not mandatory

9. Quantity Surveyor / Project Estimator

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to pitching with vendors for a project
  • Responsible to negotiate offers with vendors
  • Explain a job to vendors
  • Responsible for estimating strengths and for calculating project costs
  • Calculate budget calculations and make a calculation of a job (materials, tools, job lists, volumes, wage analysis)

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to talk with a vendor
  • Excellent Negociated skills
  • Understand to make BoQ or RAB projects
