Produk perdana SeaBank adalah rekening Tabungan, yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan aktivitas finansial harian & menyediakan tabungan dalam satu rekening dengan bunga yang tinggi. PT. Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi (Bank BKE) didirikan di Jakarta pada tanggal 4 Oktober 1991. Mulai melaksanakan kegiatan perbankan pada tanggal 27 Februari 1992 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 256/KMK.013/1992 tanggal 21 Februari 1992.

Resmi berubah nama menjadi PT. Bank SeaBank Indonesia (SeaBank) berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Deputi Komisioner Pengawas Perbankan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor KEP-12/PB.1/2021 tanggal 10 Februari 2021. Melakukan peluncuran pertama digital banking.

1. Product Manager Customer Related – Digital & Technology

Job Description :

• Drive the product roadmap and execute the delivery timelines for the work required to provide remarkable experiences for our customer
• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation, to planning, execution and launch
• Foster an environment that enables the team to execute quickly while maintaining a high standard for quality
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from business, technology, UX, risk, marketing, legal & compliance to elicit requirements
• Collaborate with CX/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design
• Ensure management is always informed of progress

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 1-4 years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
• Hands on execution of the product capabilities, starting with feature definition and prioritization, creating of user stories, and personally testing all new features
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs and technical constraints

2. Branch and Corporate Funding – Retail Business

Job Description :

• Responsible for assisting administrative activities related to retail funding products
• Coordinate with branch (Branch Manager, Relationship Manager and Branch operations) and head office
• Responsible for internal and external report to OJK & BI related to retail funding products
• PIC for data fulfilment to EY & OJK
• Review special rate memo in orderly with SOP and company’s direction
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports related to retail funding activity: cash flow funding report, branch deposit rate report, deposit maturity report, branch performance report, summary migration report, RM deposit report, and tax entity control report

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Management and Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking retail funding
• Good Understanding of general banking operations
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Proficient in English
• Good communication skill
• Good collaboration and teamwork
• Discipline dan good time management

3. Product Quality Assurance – Digital & Technology

Job Description :

• Build and run processes of manual QA testing
• Carry out testing of the application system that is being developed, including the black-box/grey-box and positive/negative methods
• Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows
• Validate and test a wide variety of technologies and platforms
• Create documentation, implement new QA processes and improve existing ones
• Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process

Requirements :

• 1- 3 years experience working as a QA engineer with consumer-based products
• Experience in running manual tests on mobile applications
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to summarize and identify the real issue from various source of information
• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate information in a simple, logical and impactful manner
• Good comprehension of technology and comfortable with working with technical tools
• Familiar with different type of app performance issues will be an advantage

4. Project and Product Analyst – Finance Project, Finance

Job Description :

• Review Business Requirements Document, Product Requirements Documents, and ensure alignment with prevailing accounting policies and controls, regulatory requirement and management reporting needs, checking data integrity and involve in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Review product paper/New Product Approval (NPA) and assess the impact to system information, data mart, and specific accounting treatment (liaise with Financial Accounting & Control)
• Review the impact of new regulatory requirements (liaise with Regulatory Reporting team) and assess the impact to system information and accounting
• Loan and funding Effective Interest Rate (EIR) module control

Requirements :

• Prior experience working in Bank or Big 4 companies for minimum of 3 years working experience in accounting advisory or IT consulting (optional)
• Knowledge in digital banking industry will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal, written
• Excellent time management skill
• Fast learner and ability to adapt
• Able to work in a dynamic environment

5. Financial Institutions, Treasury

Job Description :

• As a representative of SeaBank Indonesia for all external activities involving relationships between SeaBank Indonesia and counterparties (banks, securities, and other non-bank financial institutions)
• Build and maintain good relations between SeaBank Indonesia with counterparts (banks, securities, and other non-bank financial institutions)
• Facilitate Treasury units and other Business units in terms of providing line facilities related to money market, forex, fixed income and other bank needs, including in this case a review of the use of these limits and the financial performance of counterparties in providing line facilities on a regular basis
• Ensure the fulfillment of KYC aspects and administrative documents from/and for the counterparty
• Ensure that the supporting tools of FI work such as interbank scoring can run well

Requirements :

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in banking in the same position
• Have good financial statement analysis skills
• Familiar with treasury products and financial institutions
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
