Lowongan Kerja PT Wilmar Consultancy Services (WCS)

Saat ini PT Wilmar Consultancy Services (WCS) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. RPA

Responsibilities :

Timely delivery of the assigned automation (including reporting)
Responsible for the quality of the assigned automation
Reporting any changes to the workflow
Updating the open defects in the defect log
Responsible for providing periode status on the progress of development
First escalation point for any UAT issues
Responsible for moving the workflow to UAT
Responsible for creating the process documentation
First escalation point of contact for automation process
Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective
Responsible for estimating automation duration

Job Requirements :

Subject Metter Expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering. Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in, Net, or VB/VBA and Power Shell is a strong plus
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) and dealing with SQL database area a plus
Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English
Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between enviroments and bug fixing

2. Junior & Senior Programmer

Responsibilities :

Idently & developed application base on predefined business requirements
Designs, custom develops, codes, and test complex programs
Responsible to complate assigned task bay target date
Managing database systems
Providing Tech support
Handle integration of business process and procedure
Maintain & handle trouble shooting bug fixing f developed application
Create report to meet need of business

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor’s Degree of computer science/information technology
Familiar with OOPP
Experience in C4, ASP, Net, VB Net and familiar with Net Core MVC, Net
Framework MVC
Having basic knowledge in java (Spiring
and Hibermate) HTML, CSS, JQuery,
Javascipt
Experience in REST API
Experience in SQL Query (SQL Server,My
sQL)
Additional skill in Mobile Development
(Android/IDS) is a plus point
Able to communication in English actively

3. MulesSoft

Responsibilities :

Portcipate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and development using Mulesoft development tools
Work with technical teams and senior architecs to finalize architecture specifications, and creates design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of software solutions
Perform operational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of MuleSoft Preform
Assist in identtlying, troubleshooting and resolving defects encounterd during various stages of project delivery, including during the development and implementation of the solution in production enviroments
Work wirt other integration developer team members to contribout and grow the Mulesoft Platform Capability

Job Requirements :

Minimum bachelor degree in engineering, computer science or equipment with relevant experience
2+ years of experience in java development and concepts, including debugging againts java APls
Experience with Tomcat, XML, IMS, WS and SOA/Integration technologies eg REST
Experience using a JAVA IDE (Ecliplse)
Excellent understanding of internet technologies and protocols (TC/IP, DMS, SSL, etc)
Experience in phyton, PHP, or another interpreted langauge like pert, ruby or groovy
Experience in using version control systems like SVN, GIT
Able to communicate in English activety is a must

4. Junior Business Intelligence

Responsibilities :

Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools
Maintain and support data analystic platforms (e.g SAP BOBJ, Tableau)
Collect and cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs
Develop and excute database queries and perform data analysis
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Prepare documentations, training materials and conduct training to business users
Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, idently improvement and resolution
Work together with team to deliver BI solution to business users

Job Requirements :

Candidate ust possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Informatiks Engineering
Knowledge and experience working with database queries (SQL, Icluding, DOL, and DML)
Knowledge of reporting or BI tools (i, e, Ms Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc)
Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
Fast leamer, able to work independetly & deliver effectively as a team
Attention to detail and accurary
Ability to communicate in English actively is a must
Has internet in data analytics and data science
Knowledge and experience in programming is a plus

5. Mid-Senior Business Intelligence

Responsibilities :

Analyze, design and build reports/dashboards using BI tools
Translate business logic info data model and develop extraction from source system to Datawerehouse using ETL tools
Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g Tableou, Power BI, AWS Readshift, Azure DW, etc)
Collect and cleanse data when required for report/dashboards development and business information needs
Develop and exacute database quires and perform data analysis
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Prepare documentation, training materials and conduct training to business users
Translate ideas info clear work plan and solution proposal
Support and monitor report/dashboard issues, idently improvement and resolution
Work together with team deliver BI solution to business users

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science/Information Technology, Informatics Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as ETI, developer or Dashboard developer
Knowledge and experience working with database queries (SQL, Including DOL and DML)
Knowledge of ETL (Talend, SSIS, Pentaho, etc) or BI tools (Le Power BI, Tableau, etc)
Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills
Fast leamer, able to work independetly & deliver effectively as team
Attention to detail and accuracy

6. Engineering, End User Computing (EUC)

Responsibilities :

Provide remote end user support primarily for Wilamar Singapore offices and Ausralia offices, occasional support of users in other regional offices may also be required
Provide and user support for Wilamar Windows 10 operating system, file and print, office365, services (Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Active Directory etc) Zoom
Provide and user support for other desktop application including Ms Office, Acrobat, Docusign, Anti-Virus software, VPN application
Trouble-shoot issues related to Windows 10 OS foe-end-users
Traking & documenenting support activities using ficketing system (JIRA)
Complate assigned service request tickets e.g new AD user account creaction, delection of AD user account, password reset, etc
Perform applications and sofware upgrades, perfom troubleshooting and fine buning for users
Idently and promptly escalate issues to level 2 engineers where recessary

Job Requirements :

A diploma or degree in computer studles or information technology
Candidates with 3 years of helpdesk support experience will be preferred, fresh garaduates with relevant skilbets may be considered
Basic operating knowledge on Windows Sever Operating System will be added advatage
Strong customer service skills with a knack for problem solving
An apttude for acquiring new skills and knowledge
Ability to prioritise task and work on on multiple assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of windows 10 OS, Active Divectory, Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive) file and print infrastucture
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastucture and IOS and Android devices
Be a team player, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with order team members
Proficient in spoken & writting english

7. Back Office

Responsibilities :

To idently client needs and business process to be able to provide excellent solution and constultancy services
Responsible for transforming business requirements info functional specifitcations and for ensuring tha requirements are compalte and well understand
Work with the project team to ensure that all SAP designs are correct and customizations are only made as required by the business
Will assist his/her senior to create functional specification, configuration testing and assist his/her senior in conducting ST and UAT
Must be able create project documentation
Intiate and perticpate in pro-active support actives with the alm of increasing customers satisfaction levels and recuding re-accuring indidents

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree computer science/information technology, economics, engineering (computer/telecomunication) Finance, Accounting,Business Studies/Admnistration/Management or equivalent
Able to communicate in English is a must
Fast learner, able to work independetly & deliver effectively as a team
Has strong analytical skill and problem-solving skills
Understand business process in plantation/industry area is prefered especially accounts & finance related

8. Fico

Responsibilities :

To idently client needs and business process to be able to provide excellent solution and constultancy services

9. Outsystem

Responsibilities :

Idently & developed with/mobile application base on predefined business requirements
Design, custom develops, codes and test complex programs
Proficiency in web based languages (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML)
Proficiency with Oracle SQL
Proficiency with ASP_NET
Proficiency with web services (REST and SOAP)
Maintain & Handle Troubleshooting bug fixing for developed application
Create report meet need of business

Job Requirements :

Able to communication with english good in solving problems or providing solutions
Comfortable interacting with diferent business areas
Ability to intepret business requirements and think throught logical next steps
Experience and comfort with aglic methodologies

10. Basis

Responsibilities :

Monitoring system performance
User management
Transport management system

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Computer, Science/lformation Technology, Informatic Engineering
