1. Executive, Commercial

Job Purpose :

• Commercial Executive is responsible for estimation, billing and subcontracting

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparation of quotation & coasting for shipbuilding, repair, fabrication and conversion work
• Sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with subcontractors
• Cooperate with project and each respective department in tracking the progress of each project and report
• Estimation & negotiation for change/variation orders whenever changes from initial agreement arises
• Preparation of draft invoice based on actual job done
• Finalize actual invoice with Commercial manager and General manager
• Review & Update Final & margins, conduct cost analysis for improvements

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in business marine engineering/naval architecture
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 2 year experience in shipyard industry, preferable in the same position
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and good problem solving/negotiation skills
• Have astrong sense of urgency, meticulous and excellent follow up skills
• Capable of thiriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and composure
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially word and excel application

2. Mechanical Engineer, Engineering

Job Purpose :

• A mechanical engineer designs and develops new products, improves existing products, conduct tests and simulations, and supervises the production and implementation of mechanical systems

Job Responsibilities :

• Have knowledge in interpret drawings (General Arrangement Drawings, Basic Drawing, Detail/Production Drawing)
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolbe them
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project
• Ensuring that product meet compliance regulations
• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields
• High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Mechanical Drafter in a shipyard
• Able to operate AutoCAD System and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates excellent integrity and communications skills
• Fluent in English
• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Proficiently plan, design drawings, and manage projects
• Requires a proven ability preparation of steel weight report
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation

3. Electrical Drafter, Engineering

Job Purpose :

• To support and strengthen newly formed shipyard engineering team to interprets drawings and prepares electrical instrument plans and reports, Collaborates with the Electrical & Instrumentation Team Leader to support project design deliverables and technical aspects

Job Responsibilities :

• Have knowledge in interpret drawings (General Arrangement Drawings, Basic Drawing, Detail/Production Drawing)
• Detailing of E&I (in AutoCAD) according to base drawing and class regulations
• Preparation Electrical & Instrument plan
• Coordinate with Project to prepare drawing and distribute drawing
• Preparation of drawing report (document control)
• Preparation of electrical instrument report
• Update as-build drawing

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or baclehor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant fields
• High school and vocational school graduate with relevant experience are welcome
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as E&I Drafter in a shipyard
• Able to operate AutoCAD system and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Proficiently plan, design drawings, and manage projects
• Requires a proven ability preparation of steel weight report
