1. HR SUPERVISOR

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Coordinates recruitment process and initiates recruitment ads; reviews applications/resumes; assists managers with screening applicants; ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures
  • Partners with managers to plan, analyze, and develop staffing needs and determine the organizational structure
  • Identifies employee needs with regards to performance problems, training options, and career development and makes recommendations accordingly
  • Administers and coordinates human resources programs such as compensation and benefits, with a primary emphasis on employment and employee relations
  • Create and manage the company’s human resources policies and procedures, organizes the company

Requirements :

  • 5 or more years of extensive experience in the human resources field resources (experience in Manufacturing Human Resource Department is an advantage), with emphasis on employment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
  • Must have strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to communicate using English (spoken and written)
  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in any major (Psychology is preferable)

2. HR OFFICER

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle HRM, attendance, BPJS, payroll
  • Maintain the relationship with the government (Disnaker, BPJS)
  • Conduct projects related to C&B
  • Assist & Responsible for projects assigned by supervisors

Requirements :

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in a team
  • Communication Skill
  • Project management
  • Problem-solving & Analytical skill, Presentation skill

3. IT OFFICER

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for one of these fields: server/network/IT administration/software development system

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT
  • 1-2 years of work experience in IT fields
  • IT-related certificates
  • Skilled in the basic database, basic algorithm, system live cycle, programming language PHP, Java, Jason,
  • Good communication skills, detail-oriented, good analytical skills
  • English skill is a must, Mandarin is a plus

4. Sr. CIVIL ENGINEER

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for planning, compiling and implementing budgets, specifications, and construction standards
  • Responsible for monitoring and supervising civil and infrastructure construction work, both by the team itself and by external parties
  • Controlling the project budget and progress
  • Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

  • Minimal Diploma (D3/D4) in Civil Engineering
  • Proven 2 years of working experience in construction and building maintenance
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS. Excel
  • Possess analytical thinking and complex problem-solving

5. Sr. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for planning and implementing budgets, specifications, and construction standards
  • Responsible for monitoring and supervising MEP’s work
  • Controlling the budget and work progress
  • Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven 2 years of working experience in MEP, construction, and building maintenance
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS. Excel
  • Possess analytical thinking and complex problem-solving

6. Sr. SAFETY OFFICER

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Identifying and mapping potential hazards in the work environment
  • Creating ideas for K3 programs that include preventive and corrective efforts
  • Evaluating accidents

Requirements :

  • Minimal Diploma in Safety
  • Proven 1 year of working experience in the field of HSE/Safety
  • Has AK3U certificate and other safety-related certificates

7. PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

  • Conducting information sharing with HQ Indonesia

Requirements :

8. CLINIC OFFICER

  • Location: Pekalongan, Central Java (Final Placement)

Job Descriptions :

  • Managing clinic facilities and coordinating with clinic suppliers
  • Building relations with PKM and Dinas Kesehatan
  • Supporting factory in the context of health issues such as MCU, drill, and audit

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in medical related fields
  • Proven 1-3 years of working experience in the medical field
  • Nursing license is a must
  • Good communications skills
  • Familiar with the medical and hospital systems in Indonesia including BPJS
  • Proficient in MS. Office

9. LANGUAGE SPECIALIST (MANDARIN)

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle project management
  • Communicate and cooperate with different stakeholders

Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor’s degree

10. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Descriptions :

  • Making financial statements
  • Conducting analysis and internal audit
  • Making COGS Report
  • Making fluctuation sales and profit
  • Making tax report (VAT IN/OUT, CIT, etc)
  • Making monthly SPT report
  • Organizing and monitoring work processes

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Costing/Tax
  • Accounting certificate or Brevet A+B is preferable

  • Keeping updated with new regulations regarding ESH

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in SKM (Kesehatan Masyarakat)/Public Health
  • Proven 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
  • Has AK3U Certificate or any ESH related certificates
  • Knowledgable about ISO related to ESH, SMK3, and mechanical maintenance

14. ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY OFFICER

Job Descriptions :

  • Managing data of monthly logbook waste in Web SIMPEL KLHK
  • Managing data Water and air monitoring manually and in Web SIMPEL KLHK
  • Managing data reporting environmental documents/permits

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in SKM (Kesehatan Masyarakat)/Public Health/Environmental Engineering
  • Proven 1 year of work experience as environment staff, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Being able for business trips and to work under pressure

15. LEGAL OFFICER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
