1. Graduate Development Program – Mining

Job Summary:

• The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Education:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

2. Graduate Development Program – Legal

Job Summary:

• The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Education:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Legal with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

3. Graduate Development Program – EPC

Job Summary:

• The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Education:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia

4. Graduate Development Program – SHE

Job Summary:

• The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Education:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Occupational Safety & Health or Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
