1. Payroll Analyst
Job Description :
- Prepare and manage weekly payroll
- Timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient
- Ensure all payroll queries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure appropriate authorization of overtime sheets, time sheets, payroll payments and changes to payroll data
- Ensure there is a confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or equivalent
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient operate Microsoft Excel Formula (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot Table)
- Experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
2. F&B Brand Officer
Job Description :
- Develop a joint Marketing Agenda
- Create a projects to improve our Brand
- Support the development of pricing strategy and assist in an end-to-end process of product development to ensure the F&B strategy which relates with market trends.
- Manage projects on time and conduct to end-to-end process of product launches.
- Manage brand promotion and activation campaigns budget
- Reporting on competitive trends and result on brand performance using internal data.
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Brand Executive or equivalent
- Have a background & experience in the F&B field
- Up to date with F&B trends
- Have a strong strategic planning and creative experience
- Help develop the Hello Sunday Brand
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office computer applications & internet applications
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

3. HCGA Data Analyst
Job Description :
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Coordinate with operation and technical division if any trouble related to operational
Qualification :
- Proven work experience minimum 2 years as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify, SpendMap, SAP)
- Understanding of IT and Non-IT related goods
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
- Negotiation skills
4. Movie Digital Marketing
Job Description :
- Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our Movie Promotion strategies.
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities.
- Tracking digital marketing performance.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, Creative, or a related field.
- At least 4 Years of working experience in Digital Marketing.
- Good command in English

5. IT Security
Job Description :
- Build, and monitor security system settings for network, application & infrastructure system protection
- Identify, monitor, and define the requirements of all security systems
- Manage and implement IDS, IPS, NGAV, Secure SD WAN and Firewall
- Report analysis and results of security surveillance
- Giving solution to remediate the vulnerability of system
Qualification :
- Proven work minimum 3 years of experience such as a cyber security engineer, network engineer, and infra engineer.
- Experience in creating and maintaining security infrastructure.
- Thorough understanding of the latest technologies, security framework, and threat concept.
- Having experience in security systems, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, log management, authentication systems, content filtering, etc.
- Understanding of web-related terminologies and software such as web applications, web-related protocols, service-oriented architectures, and web services.
- Understanding of network fundamentals
- Any certification related to cyber security is a plus.
- Willing to learn new concept of cyber security
6. QA Manual Tester
Job Description :
- Collaborate with product managers, develope rs, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical specifications, and ensure that testing is aligned with them.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that software products meet quality standards and requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and issues found during testing, and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, and keep up-to-date with new testing tools and technologies.
- Provide feedback on user interfaces, functionality, and usability to help improve the overall quality of software products.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 3 years Experience as Quality Assurance
- Attention to detail, Strong analytical & communication skills.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Continuous learning, Time management, Problem-solving skills.
- Hard Skill: Basic knowledge of programming languages (PHP or Java), Test management tools (testrail), API testing, Database testing (SQL), Mobile testing
- Added Value Skill: Test automation, Performance testing, Security testing
7. Data Center Operator
Job Description :
- Ensure system operations in the data center are running well
- Ensure operational Data Center is implemented in accordance with IT policy
- Monitor the implementation of routine functions and tasks in accordance with the system/application “hand book” guidelines.
- Monitor and solving level one problem all systems in the data center outside working hour
- Conduct analysis and fixing problem in the Data Center.
- Escalate to the relevant PIC if the problem cannot be fixed.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on all systems in Data Center.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System
- Understanding in VMware, Windows and Linux Operating System
- Having knowledge of monitoring and backup tools
- Understanding of networking and security standard
- Willing to work outside the designated company working hours as required
8. First Line Support Lead
Job Description :
- Lead and motivate a team of First Line Support Analysts such as providing guidance, training, etc
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Oversee the logging, prioritization, and resolution of incidents.
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure SLAs are met.
- Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base.
- Encourage the team to document common issues and resolutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a First Line Support or Help Desk role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation are a plus
