People Development Officer

What You’ll Do :

• Design and implement training programs for all business units, track outcomes, and maintain accurate training records.
• Gather feedback from employees and management to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
• Recommend effective training materials and methods, manage in-house training facilities, and oversee the training budget.
• Develop learning processes covering knowledge, skills, and attitudes aligned with company culture, employee needs, and business goals.
• Inform employees about scheduled trainings and monitor their progress.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Program Specialist/Trainer in Retail, F&B, or Hospitality.
• Proven experience in developing & designing training modules.
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis and Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
• Self-motivated, with strong presentation & communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about digital learning tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
