Position Available :

1. KOL SPECIALIST

• Construction end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs
• Conceptualize and manage demand driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers, KOLs across beauty, technical and popular culture
• Approach, dealing and maintain relationship with KOLs as marketing executions

2. BRAND MARKETING

• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
• Analyze and identify best content promotion trend on social media to give further key recommendations in order to discover other way of reaching customers and drive sales traffic
• Come up with creative content ideas for marketing activation using multiple platforms

3. AFFILIATE MARKETING

• Dealing with affiliates on TikTok & Shopee to boost products’ sales conversion
• Come up with creative content and extend product knowledge to Affiliates
• Defining the best content promotion trend, and content angle, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance

4. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Create a new product concept through in-depth research into market trends
• Participate in a product development project, including sending samples and collecting feedback based on users’ skin conditions
• Innovative new products regarding texture, packaging, and other aspects involved in the product

Requirements :

• Final year student (with no classess left) / Fresh Graduate from any major at reputable university
• Passionate about Beauty
• Knowledgeable about the beauty marketing industry
• Up-to-date about the latest beauty trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Willing to adhere to the WFO Policy
