1. Production Superintendent

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola seluruh kegiatan produksi di area tambang batubara.
  • Memastikan pencapaian target produksi sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Melakukan evaluasi kinerja dan memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota tim.
  • Menerapkan dan memantau prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di lokasi Pit.
  • Mengembangkan rencana produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah produksi yang muncul untuk meminimalkan downtime.
  • Menyusun laporan bulanan tentang pencapaian produksi, penggunaan sumber daya, dan masalah yang terjadi.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas operasional.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan :

  • Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik Pertambangan, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi manajerial di industri pertambangan batubara.
  • Pengalaman dalam pengelolaan produksi dan operasi tambang.
  • Kemampuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis data produksi.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Lahat, Sumatera Selatan

2. Production Supervisor

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi proses produksi batubara dari tahap ekstraksi hingga pengolahan akhir.
  • Memastikan semua kegiatan produksi berjalan sesuai dengan rencana dan standar yang ditetapkan.
  • Menjamin penerapan dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di lokasi tambang.
  • Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan memastikan peralatan keselamatan digunakan dengan benar.
  • Memantau kualitas batubara yang diproduksi untuk memastikan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.
  • Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin dan analisis terhadap produk dan proses untuk memastikan kualitas tetap terjaga.
  • Mengusulkan dan menerapkan inisiatif perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan :

  • Gelar Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik Pertambangan, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi supervisor di industri pertambangan batubara.
  • Pengetahuan tentang proses pertambangan batubara dan penggunaan alat berat.
  • Pengetahuan tentang teknik dan teknologi pertambangan.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.

3. Foreman Stockpile Management

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Mengawasi dan mengelola kegiatan di area stockpile, termasuk penumpukan, pengambilan, dan pemindahan batubara.
  • Memantau dan mengendalikan kualitas batubara yang disimpan di stockpile untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap spesifikasi pelanggan dan standar perusahaan.
  • Mengawasi proses pencampuran dan pengaturan batubara untuk memastikan kualitas yang konsisten.
  • Mengatur jadwal pemindahan batubara dari tambang ke stockpile dan sebaliknya, serta mengelola stok batubara untuk memastikan pasokan yang memadai.
  • Mengkoordinasikan dengan tim produksi dan logistik untuk merencanakan dan mengatur kebutuhan stockpile.
  • Mengawasi penggunaan dan pemeliharaan peralatan yang digunakan di stockpile, seperti excavator, loader, dan conveyor.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan :

  • Gelar Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Teknik Pertambangan, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam manajemen stockpile atau posisi terkait di industri pertambangan batubara.
  • Pengetahuan mendalam tentang proses stockpile, pengendalian kualitas, dan pemeliharaan peralatan.
  • Kemampuan untuk memahami dan mengikuti prosedur teknis dan operasional di area stockpile.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.

4. Foreman Produksi

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • mengelola kegiatan operasional di lapangan untuk memastikan proses produksi batubara berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.
  • memastikan bahwa semua peralatan produksi beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai spesifikasi.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menangani masalah teknis yang muncul selama proses produksi.
  • Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja aman dan peralatan keselamatan digunakan dengan benar.
  • Menerapkan praktik terbaik dan perbaikan berkelanjutan di area kerja.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan :

  • Gelar Diploma (D3) di bidang Teknik Pertambangan, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di industri pertambangan batubara, dengan pengalaman langsung dalam pengawasan operasional di lapangan.
  • Pengalaman dalam menggunakan alat berat dan peralatan produksi terkait.

5. Admin Produksi

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

  • Mengumpulkan, memproses, dan mengelola data produksi harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  • Memastikan akurasi data yang dicatat termasuk volume batubara yang diproduksi, penggunaan peralatan, dan hasil pengolahan.
  • Menyediakan laporan statistik dan analisis untuk membantu perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan.
  • Menangani permintaan informasi dan data dari tim produksi serta memberikan dukungan administratif yang diperlukan.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan :

  • Gelar Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) di bidang Administrasi, Manajemen, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi administrasi di industri pertambangan atau manufaktur, dengan pemahaman dasar mengenai proses produksi.
  • Keterampilan analitis untuk menyusun laporan dan menganalisis data produksi.

6. Superintendent Engineering

Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage engineering projects in the mining area, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Ensure all projects are executed within budget, schedule, and technical specifications.
  • Develop engineering plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and recommend technical solutions to address issues encountered in mining operations.
  • Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Schedule work, allocate tasks, and ensure team members receive adequate training.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and technical facilities at the mining site.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment functions properly and reduce downtime.
  • Manage the budget for engineering projects, including expenditures for equipment, materials, and resources.
  • Prepare project financial reports and control costs to prevent budget overruns.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering within the coal mining industry, including managerial experience overseeing engineering projects.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale engineering projects at mining sites.
  • In-depth knowledge of mining engineering, equipment design, and maintenance systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and challenges in a mining environment.
  • Willingness to be stationed in Lahat, South Sumatra.

7. Surveyor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct measurements and mapping of the mining area using survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and other measuring tools.
  • Prepare and maintain topographic maps, mine plans, and other survey documentation.
  • Verify and validate data through calculations and cross-checks to ensure consistency.
  • Analyze survey data and generate detailed technical reports on land conditions, contours, and mine boundaries.
  • Coordinate with production, geology, and engineering teams to ensure survey data supports project needs.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure functionality and accuracy.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geodesy, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a surveyor in the coal mining industry or construction.
  • Experience with modern survey equipment and mapping techniques.
  • Proficiency in using survey instruments such as total stations, GPS, and other measuring tools.
  • Skills in data analysis and mapping using GIS or CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of surveying principles and mapping techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and topographic maps.

8. Junior Mine Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular site inspections and report on the progress and condition of mining activities.
  • Aid in the development of mine plans and designs, including pit layouts, drilling patterns, and blasting plans.
  • Assist in preparing detailed engineering designs and documentation for mining projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret geological and operational data to support mining decisions.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and summaries on project status, performance, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental guidelines in mining operations.
  • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide technical support and solutions for mining equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to optimize mining operations.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

9. Superintendent Plant & Maitenance

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the plant operates efficiently and in compliance with operational standards and safety regulations.
  • Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
  • Identify maintenance needs, plan maintenance schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of maintenance and technical staff.
  • Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure effective utilization of team skills and resources.
  • Analyze plant performance and maintenance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
  • Manage the maintenance and operational budgets, including procurement of spare parts and equipment.
  • Ensure that resources are used efficiently and within budget constraints.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant maintenance and operations management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of plant maintenance practices and coal mining equipment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.

10. Mechanical Inspector

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and detailed inspections of mining equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational condition.
  • Identify wear and tear or damage to equipment and assess the need for repairs or replacements.
  • Coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled and needed.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
  • Monitor and record all maintenance and repair activities for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, including recommendations for repairs or improvements.
  • Ensure that all inspection and maintenance activities comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends or recurring issues.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic or equipment inspector in the mining industry or heavy industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of mining equipment and heavy machinery, as well as maintenance and repair principles.

11. HRGA Superintendent

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance, conducting regular performance evaluations.
  • Supervise general administrative tasks related to employee management, including payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation such as employment contracts, agreements, and other important records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement employee welfare programs and initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, including turnover rates, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on HR data and analysis.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

12. HRGA Admin

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage employee documentation, including employment contracts, agreements, and other important records.
  • Update and maintain employee data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Handle administration of attendance, leave, and etc.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports, including attendance data, absenteeism, and employee statistics.
  • Ensure that all documentation and records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure that all administrative processes comply with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Manage and update compliance documentation and procedures related to HRGA.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within HR or general administration.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with administrative software and HRIS is a plus.

13. Supervisor HSE & Auditor SMKP

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all operational activities comply with company HSE policies and procedures.
  • Identify safety and environmental risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and conduct HSE training programs for employees to enhance awareness and compliance with safety procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits of the Safety Management System (SMKP) to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
  • Plan and execute audit schedules, and prepare audit reports detailing findings.
  • Identify audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement measures.
  • Ensure effective implementation of SMKP policies and procedures, and regularly evaluate the safety management system.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including government regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update HSE policies and procedures in line with current developments.
  • Oversee investigations into workplace accidents and incidents, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports.

14. HSE Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Prepare and process HSE reports, including accident investigations, safety audits, and compliance status reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HSE activities and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, and assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
  • Ensure that all safety and compliance-related documentation is properly filed and readily accessible.

16. Accounting Staff

Job Responsibilities :

  • Record daily financial transactions, including receipts and expenditures.
  • Ensure all transaction evidence (invoices, receipts) is properly documented and in compliance.
  • Manage the general ledger and ensure account reconciliations are performed regularly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage company cash, including processing cash receipts and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in the mining industry.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
