1. Payroll & Benefit Executive

Responsibilities :

• Control, check & make payroll report & fringe benefit
• Responsible for processing the monthly payroll and overtime
• Running & analyzing payroll reports
• Maintaining & improving procedures

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Preferably with 2 years experience
• Know about tax calculation and payroll software knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work within a fast paced, multi-tasking, always evolving environment white ensuring a high level detail and accuracy
• A good understanding of employment
• Effective in both spoken and written English
• Cikarang facoty Based

2. Product Development Executive

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and execute activity implementation
• Work together with brand on message delivery to consumers
• Supervision third party that conduct activity

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Industrial/Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy
• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply, but preferably having at least 1 year experience in the related field
• Like to develop something with curiosity & passion
• Like to meet client and do mobile activity
• Good communication logical and analytical skil
• Can working Independently and team work

3. Internal Audit Executive

Responsibilities :

• Perform preliminary checking before fieldwork
• Perform fieldwork Audit
• Report audit result and propose recommendation the weakness of company operation
• Learning and dig the information of the current, update, and new policies, procedure and process rules
• Improv the internal working paper used
• Propose improvement procedures
• Monitor the remediation done for the audit result
• Involve in Japan SOX project

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related fielfd is required for this position
• Fast learning, work in detail, multi tasking, teamwork, logic & analytics, like to dig and explore
• Have knowledge & experiences using SAP and experience audit for manufacture & distribution company are advantage
• Fluent in English

4. Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitoring the details perannum/quarterly/monthly/weekly
• Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics Management, Marketing, or equivalent. Freshgraduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply
• Have pleasent personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership. Have good command in English
• Challenge achieve targe, creative, able to work under pressure and indenpendent
• Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia
• Have driving license (SIM A)
• Placement based Sumatera Utara and Makassar

5. Brand Staff

Resposibilities :

• Brand Activities :
  • Manage daily incventory and stock data control
  • Support sampling and collaboration activities for brand
  • Support digital and e-commerce activity
• Data & Administration :
  • Handle order & delivery administration with supplier
  • Update monthly reguler data
  • Administer brand activation or events by coordinating with internal & external team

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering, Management Economics, Business, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply or have 1 year experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
• Have an experience and pasion in digital and e-commerce field
• Familiar when operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
• Attention to details
• Good numerical aptitude and data analysis
• Proactive attitude and excelent written and verbal communication skill
• Effective coordination ability

6. Business Analyst – Shopper Marketing Development

Responsibilities :

• Conduct shopper research in retail environment
• Develop and analyze retail display concept to improve shopping journey
• Analyze market and shopper data to generate insights
• Become a business partner to the customer for all collaboration intiative, in store activition and implementatioin
• Explore new commercial ideas (new ways to reach and convert shoppers)
• Develop collaboration proposition and review with customer
• Support implementation for shopper communication or experience projects which deliver strategic & financial benefit to the business

Requirements :

• Bachelors’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Management
• Fresh graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field
• Excellent in analytical thinking
• Have willingness to learn and creative thinking
• Computer literacy (Ms Office suite), and have excellent presentation and proactive communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
• Willing to travel outside Jakarta (periodically)

7. Business Analyst – Channel Marketing Development

Responsibilities :

• Plan and control the activities related to promotional strategies for a specific outlet/channel distribution

Requirements :

• Minimum S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent
• Freshgraduate are welcome
