CREW STORE MARKETPLACE

Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming orders through the marketplace platform, from order checking to delivery confirmation.
• Ensure orders are processed quickly and precisely, and ensure the goods arrive at the customer in accordance with the estimated time.
• Manage promotional programs, discounts and other campaigns provided by the marketplace platform.
• Monitor and manage the stock of products available in the marketplace, including updating stock regularly.
• Ability to operate all systems in the store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best possible in-store service.
• Take responsibility and be able to solve problems in the store.
• Responsible for store sales.
• Pay attention to store security and the operational running smoothly.

Qualification :

• Graduate from High school or Bachelor’s from various majors, preferably majors related to marketing, business, or e-commerce.
• Experience minimum 1 years in managing stores or sales through marketplace platforms.
• Able to identify and resolve problems that arise during operations in the marketplace quickly and effectively.
• Ability to interact with different types of customers and build good relationships.
• Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
• Have basic knowledge in selling and achieving sales turnover targets.
