Requirements :
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in Medical Affairs
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent in scientific discipline, ideally in medical, pharmacy or pharmacology-related fields

2. Continuous Improvement Deployment Lead (OPEN+/Lean Six Sigma)
Responsible :
- Support implementation and deployment of Continuous Improvement or CI within the factory with the support of all coaches and trainers. Furthermore, ensure all methods, standards and processes within the region/cluster are fully in line with the global standards.
- Consolidate and align IOS deployment, coordinate RTT affiliate teams, and support Pillars teams and Factory Lead in what concerns the preparation activities for the deployment of IOS in the affiliate
- Monitor and communicate regularly the impact of improvement in what concerns
- Capability Building status and business impact
- Engage the region management teams and key stakeholders into communications plans
Work with close relationship with Global Pillar Leads and implementation of regional CI communication strategy - Deliver value through adopting and improving PMI/region/affiliate best practices in a standardized and systematic way
- Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices adhering to all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules, policies and practices
Requirements :
- With minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a large multinational manufacturing company
- Strong & proven stakeholder management & communication skills both English & local languages
- Expert in training and coaching management & all levels in the organization in a manufacturing set-up
- Able to support the design and deployment of CI in different business contexts
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing needs
- Good exposure of using Microsoft Office

3. Internship Program (Magang) 2021
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester, or just graduate with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

4. Information Management Analyst – IT HR (Jakarta/Surabaya)
Job Description :
- Provide first cut analysis on current specific P&C business processes for further discussion on recommendation for a better and more streamlined process
- Lead the Business Team by collecting all the facts and requirement, provide analysis, liaising with IT and vendor, proposing design to the Manager, ensure user confirmation on the proposed design before participating in the development and migration / implementation preparation
- Document all the project materials from Project Initialization to Project Post Go-Live Support as standard Project Management in order to meet audit standard, prepare user learning and support purposes Serve as the trainer to transfer knowledge for Support activities especially during hyper care period, end user training as part of Go Live preparation
- Assist in updating internal P&C Service users about details of new flow, features / functionality, or mechanism in order to ensure knowledge of internal team prior to Application Launching
- Analyze the load of daily P&C key users system related activities and processes, the pattern of users (internal & external) request, new requirement of Compliance on P&C matters to define any chances of doing improvement in the process or system
- Ensure existing interfaces between P&C systems and other local and global systems are properly monitored and maintained Ensure proper documentation for all support activities
- Perform and document P&C data audit on a weekly or monthly basis using appropriate system tools to ensure only up to date and quality P&C data are kept in the systems.
- Provide constant education and training for P&C key users on existing and new P&C applications in order to reinforce all users in optimizing the features available for their monitoring or data analysis.
Requirements :
- College/University Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- At least 2 years professional experience in IT ideally combined with P&C
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Beginner to intermediate understanding of Data Lake and SQL – Being part of the data warehouse team
- Knowledge in Change Management, global and local P&C processes and P&P – P&C System Management are a plus
5. Commercial Executive
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-4 years experiences related with in Business planning & development, product growth, corporate strategy, key account management, etc.
- Fluent in English is a mandatory, both written and verbal

Job Description :
- Our Enterprise Analytics and Data team has the ambition to transform Philip Morris into a company where decision-making process is driven by data. As part of this team, we are looking for an Enterprise Data Architect experienced in cloud Business Intelligence to contribute to the design and implementation of our PMI wide BI / data analytics platform supported by state-of-the-art technologies (AWS, WhereScape, SnowFlake) and methodologies (Data Vault 2.0, SAFe, Scrum) enabling key transformation initiatives.

Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master in computer sciences, information management, or any similar field requiring data architecture and analytics
