Saat ini PT Gudang Segar Indonesia (Fresh Factory) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Inventory Control Staff

Job Description :

  • Manage stock items efficiently
  • Monitor the of goods in stock, check the physical condition, expiration date, and take action of there is a problem
  • Perform reporting and documentation related to stock, sales, and expenses to better monitor and manage inventory
  • Ability to find the root cause of stock discrepancies by tracing back historical stock movement (book to book)
  • Proficient/passionate in managing big data in excel

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of
  • Having 1-2 years of experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills are an advantage
  • Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to find the root cause of stock discrepancies by tracking back historical stock movement
  • Proficient/passionate in managing big data in excel
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta & full WFO

2. Service Ops Manager

Job Description :

  • Lead mentor the inventory team
  • Communicate with other departements about inventory needs
  • Develop and enforce inventory policies and procedures
  • Manage and control stock items
  • Monitor stock issues promptly
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Report and document stock, sales, and expenses
  • Analyze and manage large data sets in Excel

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 3-5 years of inventory management experience
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to trace and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Passionate about data management
  • Willing to work full time in South Jakarta

3. Client Service Management Staff

Job Description :

  • Listen to tenant concerns, issues and questions; identify and assess tenant needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with tenants through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools
  • Handle tenant complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, also follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of tenant interactions, process tenant accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage tenants and develop revenue tenants for long-term business

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in communication, management or related field
  • Experience in logistic industry
  • Have a can-do and positive attitude, and willingness to get to the core of an issue and go beyond the extra mile
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

4. Client Service Manager

Job Description :

  • Lead and manage the Client Service team to address tenant concerns and needs
  • Develop strategies to build and maintain tenant relationships
  • Ensure accurate information and effective complaint resolution
  • Maintain records of tenant interactions and accounts
  • Engage with tenants to identify growth opportunities and ensure long-term business
  • Monitor service metrics and implement improvements
  • Train and evaluate the Client Service team
  • Collaborative with other departements to enhance tenant satisfaction

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client service manager, key account manager, or relationship manager
  • Proven experience in the logistics and warehouse industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective client service strategies
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

5. Client Relationship Manager

Job Description :

  • Lead and manage the Client Relationship team
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Stay update on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports
  • Develop account plans and strategies
  • Train and mentor Client Relationship staff
  • Foster team collaboration

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Reputable University
  • Minimum 3-4 years in Key Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager
  • Proficent in Ms Office
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Extensive customer network

6. Key Account Executive

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with business plan and market trends
  • Analyze brand potential and needs for targeted activities
  • Manage brand agreements, negotiations and contracts
  • Cultivate long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in key account and channel events
  • Advise customer on market campaigns and product information
  • Strategically grow brand business
  • Enhance processes and tools for brand performance
  • Lead and motivate personnel
  • Supervise cross-functional marketing teams for synergy
  • Provide direction, resources and coaching for team success

Qualification :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
  • 1 year as a Key Account in enable (e-commerce preffered)
  • Strong network with distributors and brands
  • Credible reputation and industry relationships
  • Proficient in Ms Excel
  • Effective in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral)

7. Kepala Gudang (Banjarmasin)

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that operations are carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner
  • Improve and monitor operations so that they run according to established processes and in accordance with applicable standards
  • Perform quality control processes and monitor the SLA of each Warehouse branch that is managed
  • Formulate the best way to improve performance and service to be better
  • Manage warehouse costs effectively plan inventory and monitor warehouse efficiency
  • Carry out analysis and improvement to improve service and make all processes more effective and efficient

Qualification :

  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
  • Related Experience for 2 years or more in Warehouse B2C or B2B
  • Bachelor Degree or above, All Major
  • Understanding in – out of stock and damage product management
  • Attention to detail, trustworthy with pleasant personality
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility, prudence, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and ability to complete work independently
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan

8. Routing & Assignment Control

Job Description :

  • Creating daily delivery reports from routing activity
  • Mastering the Jabodetabek area and outside Jabodetabek for routing needs
  • Creating shipping booking for FREX clients (Vendors)

Qualification :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Logistics major
  • Have more than 1 year experience
  • Expert in communication skills & have the ability to operate the Microsoft Office
  • Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and full WFO
  • Available to do the shifting work

9. Pricing Staff

Job Description :

  • Analyze pricing requests submitted by the Sales/Marketing team
  • Calculate operational costs and margins to determine pricing
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop pricing strategies
  • Source and evaluate shipping vendors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in pricing analysis, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in vendor sourcing and negotiation is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Location and work full-time in the office (WFO)

10. Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • Query and analyze logistics data to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in logistics databases.
  • Conduct data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of new data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
