1. Area Operation (Manager/Supervisor)

Job Description :

• Responsivle for ensuring the smooth running of all operation procedure
• Plan, manage, and monitor the business operation for each store to achieve the sales target and profitability growth
• Developing and leading the team of professional store assistants
• Manage and motivate the employee to achieve the sales target

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major froma a reputable University
• Minimm 3 years of working experience in related field, preferably from Retail Industry
• Proven contribution in handling people and operations in the retail business
• An energetic person with maximum age 35 years old
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Placement SCBD, South Jakarta

2. Merchandiser

Job Description :

• Analyzing post sales figure trends to anticipate future product needs
• Allocating certain amounts of stock to each outlet, throughout the season
• Devising a merchandise plan using the above techniques

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any major from reputable university
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office application (Excel)
• Preferably at least 1-year specilialized in Merchandising or equivalent
• Strong analytical and numeric skill to work out budgets and understand sales figures
• Willing to work on site (WFO)

3. Shipping Staff

Job Description :

• Providing all administration documents that occur in the delivery process
• Creating journal of incoming imported and local product
• Ensuring shipments have the proper storage in tha warehouse or shipping depot
• Working together with the warehouse team to check if there are items that are missing upon receiving
• Submitting payments to supplier
• Keeping track of inventory and goods at the facility
• Creating monthly report for accounting
• Preparing data fot audit

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting from reputable university
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in related field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical thinking and numeric skills
• Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
• Willing to work onsite (WFO)
• Placement SCBD, South Jakarta
