1. Junior Finance

Responsibilities :

• Accounts Receivable Management: You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, which involves creating invoices, following up on payments, and ensuring timely collections. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Tax Compliance: As a specialist in AR &Tax, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tax-related payments and filings are completed accurately and on time. This may involve working with external tax advisors or consultants to ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for creating financial reports that accurately reflect the financial status of the organization. This may involve generating balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports that are required by management or external stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: You may be required to assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. This may involve analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Process Improvement: You will be expected to continuously evaluate and improve the AR & Tax process to ensure that it is efficient and effective. This may involve identifying areas of improvement and implementing new processes or procedures.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with other members of the finance team, as well as with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and vendors. You will need to maintain strong relationships with these stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s financial needs are met.

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in finance/Accountancy
• At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and fresh graduate are welcome
• Brevet A&B Certification is a must, Brevet C is a plus
• Strong understanding of finance, AR, and tax regulations
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience in digital product. Understand gaming business is a plus
• Have experience in handling foreign client
• Required language(s): English
• Placement Pondok Indah, South Jakarta (WFO)

2. Junior Legal

Responsibilities :

• 1st Drafter and 1st reviewer for business contracts
• Implement guidelines and policies for business contract process and management
• Conducting legal research related to the company operational and business activities
• File and manage business license at related ministry
• Maintain knowledge on updated regulations that related to company
• Business line
• Familiar with the OOS system and related government system

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree of Law, preferably from a reputable University
• At least 1-2 years proven experience as company legal team specifically in Tech industry or gaming industry, preferably holding PERADI license
• Familiar with the gaming industry and data privacy
• Good Communication and analytical skills
• Reliable for conducting legal research
• Familiar with Government Regulatory
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
• Placement Pondok Indah, South Jakarta (WFO)
