Perusahaan ini merupakan Perusahaan Joint Venture antara Dharma Group (Indonesia) dan Kyungshin Corporation (Korea Selatan) . PT Dharma Kyungshin Indonesia memproduksi kabel terutama kabel listrik dan kabel baterai.

Saat ini PT Dharma Kyungshin Indonesia membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. HSE

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s (Environment Engineering / Occupation Safety & Health / Public Health).
• Understanding ISO45001, ISO14001, SMK3, Contractor Management System.
• Training education, HSE Communication & Certification of equipment to implement of Occupation Safety Health Management System.
• Self Driven, and able to work individual as well as a team.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon

2. Purchasing

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree any Majoring
• Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourching practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Negotation skills
• Excellent networking and time management skills.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experince in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon

3. PCMC

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s degree from any fields.
• Good knowledge Production planning & management.
• Preparation and analysis of inventory control.
• Able to use MS Excel in intermediate level (use functions, calculation, data creation)
• Good MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication, hardworking and initiative
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon

4. IT Support

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in Information Technology / Information Engineering or equivalent.
• Good knowledge Mikrotik & Cisco switch.
• Good knowledge with CCTV, computer troubleshooting hardware and software, LAN, WAN, WiFi.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon

5. HR Recruitment

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Understand the recruitment process (Plans, Posting Ads, Sorting Applications, Psychotest, Interviews, & Placement)
• Preferably staff specialized in Recruiting & mass recruitment
• Detail oriented and have a good communication.
• Proficient in using Ms Office (especially excel system)
• Experience on using HRIS will be advantage
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon

6. Engineer

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s); Ms Office, AutoCad 2D & 3D, PLC, Microcontroller, Machining and Electrical.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon
