Saat ini PT Danayasa Arhatama (SCBD) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Security Administration Staff
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMA/sederajat.
- Minimal 5 (lima) tahun pengalaman pada bidang Sekuriti/Keamanan
- Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Memiliki kemampuan bela diri dan mempunyai Sertifikat Gada Pratama
- Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja di dalam sebuah tim
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris baik lisan dan tulisan
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
Tanggung Jawab:
- Membuat laporan hasil pekerjaan terkait dengan kegiatan pengamanan/sekuriti di Kawasan SCBD
- Membuat bahan presentasi terkait kegiatan pengamanan/sekuriti di Kawasan SCBD dan memaparkannya
- Bekerja dengan perangkat keamanan dan keselamatan serta siaga dalam situasi darurat
- Berkoordinasi baik dengan pihak-pihak terkait seperti tim pengamanan Kawasan SCBD, Kepolisian, maupun tenant.
- Bersedia bekerja shift maupun berjaga malam
2. Electrical Technician
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMK/D3 Jurusan Elektro.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 (dua) tahun pada bidang pengelolaan gedung atau engineering
- Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Memiliki motivasi yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja di dalam sebuah tim.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris baik lisan dan tulisan.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap operasional dan aktivitas preventive maintenance di Kawasan SCBD
- Mengidentifikasi masalah dan melakukan corrective maintenance atas seluruh komponen kelistrikan yang terdapat di Kawasan SCBD.
- Melakukan perbaikan terhadap peralatan listrik.
- Mematuhi semua kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan khususnya dalam aspek keselamatan dan keamanan.
3. Market Research Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale of 4.00). Advanced degrees or certifications in market research or analytics are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, market research, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of building components, typologies, and their relationship with public spaces and urban infrastructure.
- Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, CRM systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills relevant to the potential new area are advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake regular business trips.
- Good organizational skills and able to work neatly, systematically, planned & thoroughly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the new area.
- Analyze demographic, economic, and competitive data to assess the viability of the new market.
- Develop and execute surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market findings and potential opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the new market area.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on market research findings.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research to guide decision-making processes.
4. Senior Project Architect
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in consultant, developer, and/or contractor.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager or senior architect.
- Experienced in architectural design for high-rise and/or residential projects, including on-site supervision.
- Strong ability in operating CAD, 3D modeling and rendering (i.e., Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion).
- Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin.
- Team player with strong problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Striving for high quality, functional, and innovative design.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing concept, design, shop drawing, and as-built drawing.
- Preparing detailed design and budget based on building codes, regulations, standardized specifications, and materials (SNI).
- Monitoring and ensuring projects are conducted as planned, including regular site visits.
- Arranging reports, including progress reports, timelines, and budget realization.
- Negotiating with external providers (contractor, consultant, client).
- Collaborating with engineers, consultants, property agents, including local authorities during project planning and realization.
- Responsible for advising and decision-making during the project as required.
5. Corporate Secretary Staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software.
- Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the team in implementing Corporate Secretary programs, reports, and projects, including the General Meeting of Shareholders.
- Assisting the preparation of Annual Report and reports to the holding company.
- Assisting the filing of corporate documentations and correspondence.
- Cooperate with internal departments to source data and information supporting reports.
- Cooperate with external providers, holding, and subsidiaries representatives.
- Ensuring that both the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are promptly informed of any relevant regulatory changes and that they understand their implications.
- Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports, and records according to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Chief Engineering
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 Teknik.
- Usia Maksimal 40 tahun.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bagian yang sama, diutamakan di bidang properti.
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik.
- Menguasai pengetahuan tentang Mechanical, Electrical, Sipil, dll dalam pengelolaan gedung.
- Jujur, penuh semangat, loyal, berdedikasi tinggi, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu dan dalam tim.
Tanggung Jawab
- Merencanakan, mengkoordinir, melaksanakan, menyelesaikan, dan memutuskan permasalahan Engineering yang meliputi pengoperasian, maintenance, perbaikan, modifikasi sarana prasarana, utilitas, mekanikal, elektrikal, sipil, arsitek, jasa pelayanan, dll.
- Membuat laporan bulanan untuk setiap permasalahan dan aktivitas Engineering, termasuk memberikan informasi, masukan, atau usulan yang diperlukan untuk perbaikan perusahaan.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk maintenance gedung dan mengelola tim Engineering.
7. Talent Acquisition Staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly as a Talent Acquisition specialist, HR Recruitment, or in a similar role. Experience in the Property sector is an advantage.
- Proficient in recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.).
- Familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Basic understanding of labor laws relevant to recruitment and employment processes in the applicable country.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with candidates and managers.
- Capable of objectively assessing and evaluating candidate qualifications, both in terms of technical skills and cultural fit.
- Able to propose solutions when facing challenges in the recruitment process, such as difficulty finding the right candidate.
- Able to quickly adapt in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment, especially regarding workforce needs.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Knowledgeable about the latest trends in the labor market, particularly in talent management and retention strategies.
Job Descriptions:
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Using various methods to source and identify qualified candidates, including LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and company website.
- Managing the candidate pipeline to keep it filled with high-quality talent.
- Conducting resume screenings to ensure candidates meet basic requirements.
- Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Discussing candidate profiles, providing recommendations, and following up on each recruitment stage.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating timing between candidates and the interviewing team.
- Collecting feedback from interviewers and making final recommendations based on interview outcomes.
- Managing any required assessments or technical tests.
- Ensuring candidates receive all necessary information for their first day of work.
- Maintaining the candidate database using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate data is well-documented.
- Preparing recruitment reports and performance metrics such as time-to-hire, rejection rates, and candidate sources.
- Keeping up with recruitment trends to adjust strategies and approaches for maximum effectiveness.
- Managing the talent pool to build a pipeline of candidates ready for future hiring needs.
- Regularly evaluating the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
