PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) yang merupakan entitas asosiasi dengan kepemilikan oleh Perseroan, Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. dan Toyota Tsusho Corporation, berperan sebagai agen pemegang merek Daihatsu di Indonesia sekaligus basis produksi utama untuk grup otomotif Daihatsu dan Toyota di luar Jepang. Daihatsu Sales Operation (DSO), mendukung ADM, sebagai distributor tunggal yang menyediakan layanan penjualan dan purnajual untuk seluruh produk Daihatsu yang dipasarkan di Indonesia, saat ini PT DDMI (Daihatsu Drivetrain Manufacturing Indonesia) sedang membuka lowongan kerja terbaru.

PT Astra Daihatsu Motor atau biasa disingkat dengan ADM adalah Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk mobil Daihatsu di Indonesia. Sebagai ATPM, ADM merupakan satu-satunya perusahaan yang berhak mengimpor, merakit dan membuat kendaraan bermerk Daihatsu di Indonesia. ADM merupakan perusahaan joint venture antara Daihatsu Motor Company dengan Astra International yang ada sejak tahun 1978.

Kendaraan bermerk Daihatsu yang di jual di Indonesia dan dipasarkan oleh Astra adalah Daihatsu Zebra, Ceria, Charade, Taft, Feroza, Taruna, Xenia, Terios, Sirion, Gran Max, Luxio, Ayla dan Sigra.

1. Production Control Staff

Job Description :

Arrange with all concerned to make planning
Manage parts order & finish good inventory
Optimize shipping way, schedule & volume with ail customers
Make Production Planning Schedule
Monitoring daily product, material & storage
Monitoring stock material for the production
Ensure the schedule production running smoothly involve raw moterial, storage, production & logistic.

Requirement :

Male
Age 21 -24
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
Have good motivation
Have job experience in Aufomotive Industry or same industry, and Fresh Graduate are welcome
Good in Detail. and have strong communication
Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan, will be good advantages)
Willing to work in Karawang Timur

2. Group Leader Logistic

Job Description :

Make logistics flow & system for SOP
Manage 9 team members of Day or Night shifl
Control KPI to keep good condition in Genba Make Production Planning Schedule
Monitoring daily product, material & siorage
Monitoring stock material for the production
Ensure the schedule produclion running smoothly involve raw material, storage, production & logistic

Requirement :

Male
Age 24- 28
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
Have good motivation
Have job experience in Automotive Industry or some industry
Good in Detail, and have strong communication
Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan, will be good advantages)
Willing to work in Karawang Timur

3. Logistic Staff

Job Description :

Contact with Forwarder for documents
Requirements to comply with custom’s rules & regulation
Be a company represenictive or coordinale with authorized
Local representatives to deal with government officials for import/export/customs compliance issue
Coordinate import shipments with internal and external
Weekly shioping management with suppliers and forwarder
Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirement :

Male/Female
Age 24 – 28
Have experience dealing with Forwarder and Custom Office odd advantage At least | year experience in importing field
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
Have job experience in Automotive Industry or same industry
Understand import process of sea container
Good in Detail, and have strong communication
Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan. will be good advantages)
Willing to work in Karawang Timur
