Job Responsibilities :

  • Innovative and creative thinking in designing event strategies.
  • Handling in all aspects, as needed of event planning, preparation, and execution
  • Identify the brand activation’s requirements and expectations for each event.
  • Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.

  • Provide Information & Assist Customer

Job Requirements :

  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Minimum Education SMA/ SMK from any major.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Retail)
  • Is required for this position :
    • Good communication skill and customer service oriented
    • Well grooming
    • Willing to work shifting & Public Holiday

4. Operational & Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibility :

  • Menangani keluhan yang berkaitan dengan operasional Mall
  • Membuat check list peralatan kerja
  • Mengoperasionalkan peralatan dan fasilitas mall sesuai SOP setiap hari
  • Melaksanakan preventive maintenance sesuai schedule maintenance

Job Requirements :

  • Male
  • Maximum 28 Years old
  • At least possess from Vocational High School (Majoring Technical)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience at High Rise Building
  • Good in communication and a good team player
  • Willing to work shifting

5. Public Relation Officer

Job Responsibility :

  • Build relationships with new media contacts and maintain relationships with existing contacts (Media Gathering)
  • Manage media requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies (Media Relation)
  • Manage PR issues (Crisis Management)
  • Prepare and distribute press releases
  • Prepare, Submit and Analyze PR reports

Job Requirements :

  • Male / Female
  • Maximum age 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from Mass Communication/Public Relation
  • Skill : Ms. Office , Excellent in Communication & Interpersonal Skill

6. Order Taker

Job Responsibility :

  • Reviewing drawings (design from Fit Out & as built drawing from tenant).
  • Responding to complaints addressed to the engineering department (distributing Work Order / complaints & ensuring complaints have been handled).
  • Supervise for testing according to M/E building standards by contractors.
  • Checking the handover of units.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Education D3 Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Can operate / create drawings using AutoCAD applications.
  • Able to read drawings, related to the MEP of the building.

7. Research Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
  • Analyzing, translating and presenting results
  • Writing reports, including client recommendations
  • Advising how to make best results

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mathematics, Social Science/Sociology, Property Development/Real Estate Management.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or Property Development.
  • Detail Oriented and Excellent Administration Skill.

8. Tenant Relation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
  • Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
  • Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
  • Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, All Major.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and capable of working in a team environment.
  • Able to work under pressure, multiple task, and willing to work hard.

9. Graphic Design

Job Responsibility :

  • Present design concepts
  • Create visual elements such as original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
  • Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel draw

10. HR Training Officer

Job Responsibility :

  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Create and Develops training programs and objectives.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.

Job Requirements :

  • Male, Maximum age 27 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from Psychology
