Saat ini PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Customer Service (Japanese Speaker – Cikarang Branch)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Memberikan informasi mengenai produk dan jasa Bank kepada nasabah
• Memberikan solusi sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah
• Menangani keluhan dan menjawab setiap pertanyaan dari nasabah, serta melindungi citra bank

Kualifikasi :

• Mampu berbicara Bahasa Jepang secara aktif, memiliki sertifikat JLPT minimal N3
• Minimal D3 semua jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai frontliner di Perbankan
• Memiliki motivasi tinggi, dapat bekerja dibawah tekanan dan dapat bekerja dengan tim
• Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
• Teliti dan service oriented
• Dapat menggunakan komputer

2. Funding Marketing

General Responsibilities :

• Monitor work activities and reports from Sales Person under supervision, and carry out coaching activities related with their performances and achievements
• Create report periodically of the team’s progress and achievement
• Work together with Branch Offices, Divisions, and other Work Units in order to achieve business growth target that have been set
• Coordinate and control the Funding Wholesale Unit’s activities with the Branch Offices
• To carry out duties and make decisions prudently taking into consideration risk management aspects, also to always maintain the Good Corporate Governance and involved in the Bank’s preparation to face the Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia (API) program

Requirements :

• Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Management, Economics/Banking, or equivalent
• Experienced at least 3 year(s) in the same position from Banking Industry
• Have knowledge in Banking Products & Services, and Banking Regulations
• Good communication and persuasion skill
• Have wide customer database and strong relationship with potential customers
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets
• Strong integrity and punctual person
• Able to work together in team or individually
• Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek area

3. Branch Manager

General Responsibilities :

• Determine short-term and long-term target/goals, and carry out presentation of the work plan to the management
• Execute the business strategy to reach the maximum achievement of the sales target
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the subordinates/team’s achievement of targets
• Seek opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
• Responsible for the operational service in the Bank’s coverage area
• Responsible for the implementation of the Policy & Procedure Standards related with the Branch activities

Requirements :

• Candidate should possess minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring Business, Economics/Banking, or equivalent
• Experienced at least 15 (fifteen) years in Banking industry, including 5 (five) years as a Branch Manager
• Having experience in handling team/subordinate(s)
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong integrity and punctuality person
• Willing to work together in team
