Persija EVOS (Persija Esport)

Persija adalah singkatan dari Persatuan Sepakbola Indonesia Jakarta. Klub sepakbola yang berbasis di Jakarta ini melebarkan sayap di industri esports dengan mendirikan Persija Esports. Persija yang dijuluki Macan Kemayoran tertarik untuk berkolaborasi dengan tim esports terkemuka di Indonesia yang kebetulan dijuluki Macan Putih. Lowongan Kerja Persija EVOS (Persija Esport).

Kolaborasi pertama Macan Kemayoran dan Macan Putih melahirkan tim PUBG Mobile yang mengejutkan, yaitu Persija EVOS. Penggabungan 2 tim ini diumumkan saat pertengahan laga Persija Jakarta melawan PSM Makassar hari Rabu, 25 Januari di stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Bekasi.

Roster Persija EVOS adalah sebagian penggawa EVOS Reborn, lalu ditambah pro player jebolan BTR RA. Perombakan ini menjadikan Persija EVOS sebagai tim PUBG Mobile yang paling diantisipasi di PMPL ID.

Lowongan Kerja Persija EVOS (Persija Esport)

Saat ini Persija EVOS (Persija Esport) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER

Qualifications :

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, grammar, and brand tone understanding
• Esports Knowledge: Solid understanding of esports, games, teams, players, and straming platforms
• Social Media Management: Experience in managing platforms, editorial calendars, and data analysis
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving for positive community relationships
• Interest and Enthusiasm: Genuine passion for esports reflected in content creation and community interactions
• Time Management: Efficiently manage mutliple platforms, multitask, and set priorities

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
• Experience: Proven social media management for brands or esports-related entities
  Portofolio: Demonstrable examples of previous social media campaigns and content creation
• Skills: Proficient in social media tools, analytics platforms, content management, and scheduling tools
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding to optimize social media content for discoverability
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on esports trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Flexibility: Able to work weekends and evenings for live events and community engagement in a dynamic environment

2. VIDEOGRAPHER

Responsibilities :

• Produce high-quality videos encompassing match high lights, player interviews, vlogs, and other exclusive content
• Generate creative and innovative visual content to promote the team and foster fan engagement
• Capture live events, tournaments, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Ensure the delivery of real-time, engaging content during live broadcasts and esports competitions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns and branding strategies
• Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for recording and editing purpose
• Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends, recommending equipment upgrades when necessary
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the overall quality of video productions

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within the esports or gaming industry
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of esports and gaming culture
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside
