Perusahaan ini adalah anak dari BBK Electronics dengan memproduksi smartphone, perangkat sandang dan layanan berbasis digital. Memiliki produk antara lain Oppo, Realme, OnePlus. Internship Program

VIntern is an Internship Program held by vivo Mobile Indonesia in order to contribute more to society. We aim to create more opportunities for young generations who aspire to grow and learn in the telecommunications industry. By providing the best professional mentors from different fields, this program is open for all undergraduate students

General Requirements :

Undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th years pursuing a Bachelor Degree
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
Age limit: 17-25 years old
Minimum GPA: 3.25-4.00 (might be higher for some position)
Able to work full time from Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm
Able to fulfill internship program for at least 3 months (extendable until a total of 6 months)
Aware that this is not a pre-recruitment for full-time employees

1. Business Intern

Responsibility :

Assist in the reporting process of business
Assist in supervising and Monitoring Media Placement
Helping coordinate the timeline and needs of other division or dept
Assist to check and record all Business team demand
Assist in handling Data Administrative and paper-work management (Filling)
Assist with Business administration, monitoring, and comformance with procedures and regulations

Requirements :

Majoring in Communication/economics/ Business
Strong academic track record (GPA>3,3) from a reputable university
Having good written and communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to do Administration and attention to detail
Able to work in a team and individually
Able to work on a tight deadline
Proactive and Self-starter attitude
Strong adaptability and capability to work in fast-paced environments
Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks to delivery them on time

2. Content Graphic Design Intern

Responsibility :

Assist with the graphic design editing, creation, and production
Content-related production to achieve the requirements of the brand
Work with production houses, agencies, and cross-divisions to achieve the target
Create key visuals or promotional materials
Resize visuals and supervise content production

Requirements :

All major are allowed
Proficient in English
Proficient in Ms Office (ms Word, Ms Powerpoint, Ms Excel)
Able to use graphic design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Al, etc)
Can handle stress
Has a strong academic track record

3. Content Video Editor Intern

Responsibility :

Assist with the video editing, creation, and production
Help with the video guideline establishment under the brand strategy meets standards by following production, productivity, and quality
Monitor the advertising trend, industry, and competitor campaign, and help with the video guidance so content creativity and quality can improve
Co-operate with cross-divisions and department to achieve the target

Requirements :

All major are allowed
Proficient in English
Proficient in Ms Office (ms. Word, Ms Powerpoint, Ms Excel)
Able to edit videos and image using well-known applications (Adobe premier, Adobe After effects, etc)
Can handle stress
Has a strong academic track record

4. Conventional Media Placement Intern

Responsibility :

Assist with the media placement report
Assist with the media placement supervision
Coordinate with other divisions and departments, everything related to conventional media placement
Help with the TVC, OOH, Cinema, Ads, and billboard management and supervising
Aid any content shooting or supervising necessary for the conventional media placement

Requirements :

Majoring in communication/economics/Business
Strong academic track record from a reputable university
Has good writing skill and communication skills
Fluent in English
Understanding basic media industries and content writing
Able to work in a team and individually
Able to work within a tight deadline
Proactive and Self-starter attitude
Experienced in the media placement industry is preferably

5. Digital Media Intern

Responsibility :

Handle digital advertisement
Assist with the social media production
Aid with the ongoing project (Resizing and Lay outing)
Assist with the caption and copywriting
Help animate and create video motions for day to day jobs and projects

Requirements :

All major are allowed
Proficient in English
Proficient in Ms Office (ms Word, Ms Powerpoint, Ms Excel)
Able to use applications such as: Adobe Photoshop, Coreal Photoshop, al, Adobe After Effects, etc
Can handle stress
Good sense of UI & UX design
Interest in Marketing Concept
Adobe photoshop/Corel Photoshop, AI & After Effect, etc

6. Event Intern

Responsibility :

Project management
Assists with the execution, implementation, and evaluation of the project
Co-operate with cross-divisions and external agencies
Achieve the target given and increase the event’s success directly or indirectly

Requirements :

All major are allowed
Proficient in English
Proficient to operate Ms Office (Ms. Word, Ms Powerpoint, Ms Excel)
Can handle stress
Has a strong academic track record
Understands the basic logic of branding and the media industry

7. Financial Management Intern (E-commerce Audit)

Responsibility :

Data recap for every transaction
Data reconsiliation
Data reporting (Weekly & Monthly)
Assists the user’s administrative needs
Make sure the business flow is in acoordance with the company’s SOP
Make sure all proposals and notice are proper and t be submitted before any related project or campaign

Requirements :

Majoring in any Economic, Financial or Accounting field
Proficient in English
Able to operate excel well
Has a good logical thinking
Can handle stress well

8. Human Resources Intern (Employer Branding)

Responsibility :

Assist content creating
Assist content management
Assist photo or video Editing
Assist in organizing internal events and creative idention of event
Assists in other administrative tasks

Requirements :

All majors, Communication students or management are preferred
Fluent in English, written and oral
Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, meticulous and creative. Have great communication skills
Familiar with social media and trend
Having student organization experience in managing events or project is a plus point
Passionate about people-related activities

9. Internet Business Intern

Responsibility :

Account management
Client campaign assistant
Maintain client business
Exbanding loyal clients
Vivo digital and branding & marketing
Managing & monitoring both potential and existing client databases in the system
Assisting client campaign to make sure their campaign is running well and well delivered
Maintaining existing clients as loyal client by up selling their campaign in vivo digital ads
Come up with fresh and strategic ideas to maintain existing clients and become a loyal client
Create innovative vivo digital ads platfrom (Linkedln, Social media, website) to promote all IB inventories to all segmented clients is SEA

Requirements :

All major are allowed ( A Business or marketing background is preferred)
Proficient in English
Active in social media and understands basic marketing and branding
Able to multitask, handle stress and manage time well
Can operate Ms Office well

10. Internet Product Intern

Responsibility :

Participate in the research design, collection, process, and coordination of research data in support of a specified research study or group of studies
Conduct field interviews as appropriate to the study, and analyzes and records research data in accordance with specified procedures and objectives

Requirements :

All majors are allowed
Proficient in English
Excellent administration skills
Knowledge of research methods
Ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills

11. Public Relation Intern

Responsibility :

Aid with media relation
Report and evaluate things related to public relation
Assist with the product launch
Help the PR team create a better brand image
Work with cross-divisions and agencies related to PR

Requirements :

All majors are allowed
Proficient in English
Proficient to operate MS Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Excel)
Can handle stress
Has a strong academic track record
Understands the basic logic of branding and the media industry
