PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services)

PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang berdiri sejak tahun 2003, mempunyai tujuan melaksanakan dan menunjang kebijakan dan program PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) selaku perusahaan induk khususnya usaha restoran kereta api serta usaha lainnya. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services).

Bermula atas kesadaran pemerintahan Hindia Belanda menyediakan restoran Kereta Api sebagai pemenuhan akan makan dan minum sepanjang perjalanan maka dibentuklah restoran Kereta Api pada rentang waktu 1930 an. Hingga akhirnya di masa PJKA yang Pada awal berdirinya di tahun 1971 adalah merupakan salah satu unit di Balai Besar PJKA dengan nama RESTORKA yang berkantor di jalan Stasiun Timur No. 6 Bandung.

Pada awal berdirinya RESTORKA hanya melayani minuman berupa “Es Siripit”, sampai pada tahun 1972 dalam surat keputuhan Direksi PJKA No. 4805/SK/72 tanggal 5 Desember 1972 ber iringan setelah diluncurkan KA Parahyangan, RESTORKA merupakan unit khusus dalam struktur organisasi PJKA yang memberi wadah tersendiri dalam penyelenggaraan atau pengelolaan kereta api, di masa itu RESTORKA menyediakan menu makanan salah satunya yang legendaris adalah “Nasi Goreng Parahyangan”.

Industrial Relations Staff

• Location: Jakarta, Head Office
• Employment Type: Contract Based

Description:

• We are looking for Industrial Relations Staff whose job is to managing the relationship between the company and employees, as well as ensuring company compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the relationship and resolving employment issues between the company and employees;
• Ensuring company compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations;
• Handling labor disputes
• Coordinating with the government regarding employment matters
• Controlling the risk anticipation and mitigation process in industrial relations
• Managing Company Regulations (PP) or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)

Required Qualifications:

• Male Candidates Only;
• Having Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in Industrial Relations or any related field;
• Bachelor’s degree in Law;
• Having knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations;
• Having the ability to manage company-employee relationships;
• Having the ability to resolve labor issues and conflicts;
• Understanding the SAP HR module system;

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having experience in processing work permits such as Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (WLK) and Wajib Lapor Perusahaan (WLP);
• Attention to Detail;
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and other relevant parties;
• Good knowledge of applicable employment regulations and laws;
