1. HR Service & IR Jr Manager (Code: HRIR)
Responsibilities :
- HR Service:
- Supervise and ensure accurate and timely processing of HR operations
- Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and labor regulations
- Industrial Relations (IR):
- Labor Relations: Act as a liaison between management and labor unions, handling union negotiations, griveances, and disputes
- Collective Bargaining: Assist in negotiating labor contracts, including wages, benefits, working conditions, and dispute resolution procedures
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, complaints, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and reviewing company policies related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with legal standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IR or HR operations
- Familiar with Labor Regulation
- Having working experiences in Labor dispute litigation will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
2. Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Code: TACS)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws an regulations in all recruitment activities :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Having experience in Headhunter for various level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Solid working experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor for at least 2 years
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
3. Commercial Manager – FMCG (Food & Beverage Product) – (Code: COMM)
Reponsibilities :
- Strategic Planning:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
- Setting revenue targets and growth objectives
- Creating pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities:
- Branding Management
- Overseeing the creation of branding plans
- Developing and executting branding campaigns for brand awareness and product promotion
- Managing budgets for marketing campaigns
- Sales Operations:
- Tracking sales activities and reporting on performance
- Managing the sales pipeline, channeling and ensuring sales targets are met
- Building relationships with key customers and partners
- Performance Analysts:
- Monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity againts goals
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
- Providing regular reports to senior management
- Team Leadership:
- Leading, directing, and overseeing sales and marketing teams
- Motivation and coaching team member to achieve goals
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Having at least 5 years solid experience in managing regional sales & marketing team on FMCG (Food & Beverage Products) Business
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
4. Junior Business Intelligence (Code: JBSI)
Responsibilities :
- Gather, organize and analyze marketing data from multiple sources (CRM, Digital ads, Website)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing campaigns, customer acquisition and conversion
- Create and deliver A/B testing results for both digital and non-digital initiatives
- Identify trends and conduct market analysis
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
- Solid working experience as marketing/data analyst at least 1 year
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
5. Procurement Supervisor (Code: SPPC)
Responsibilities :
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting potential suppliers and vendors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value
- Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
- Maintaining high standards of quality in purchased goods and services
- Managing and resolving issues related to supplier quality or performance
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid working experience as Procurement Supervisor for at least 3 years
- Having working experience in mutliple Industry will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
6. IT Support Staff (Code: MAIT)
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring IT equipment such as laptops, PC, printers, UPS units, fingerprint machine, and similar device are functioning properly
- Performing regular maintenance on the aforementioned equipment
- Conducting repairs on IT equipment that is malfunctioning or damaged
- Providing assistance/support to users who required help
- Offering input/information regarding issues that arise within the scope of work, aling with suggested solutions
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- Solid work experience as IT staff in manitenance are for at least 1 year
- having knowledge in networking (switch, router, cabling) & security will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
7. IT Staff – Programming (Code: ITPS)
Responsibilities :
- Translate business and system requirements into functional and efficient computer programs
- Develop, test and implement software applications based on user requirements
- Carrying out continuous maintenance and enhancement of existing applications
- Providing support for IT-related issues, with a willingness to work in shifts
- Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements to current systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Solid work experience IT staff – programming for at least 1 year
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, Python, Framework (Laravel)
- Familiarity with database: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle
- Experience in mobile application platforms and cloud-based services is a plus
- Willing to work in shift and be placed in head office – Surabaya
8. Finance & Accounting Supervisor (Code: FATS)
Responsibilities :
- Finance Planning and Analysis:
- Budgeting: Comparing actual expenses and revenue with budget, and make proper analysis & recommendations
- Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends
- Accounting, Tax and Reporting:
- Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders
- Tax compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and filing tax returns
- Auditing: Supporting financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
- Financial Management:
- Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflow and outflows to optimize liquidity
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor for at least 2 years
- Having working experience in Manufcaturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in head Office – Surabauya
9. Finance & Accounting Staff (Code: FASS)
Responsibilities :
- Journal entry: Recording financial transactions into the general ledger
- Reconciliation: Comparing financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Account receivable/payable: Montoring accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and disbursements
- Fixed asset management: Tracking and maintaining records of fixed assets
- Tax compliance: Doing tax tasks as regulated and filing tax returns
- Cost analysis: Analyzing consts to identify areas for improvement
- Audits: Assisting with internal and external audits
- Cash flow management: Monitoring cash inflows and outflows
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Having knowledge on basic finance, accounting and taxation
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
