Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Republik Indonesia/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional (Kementerian PPN/Bappenas) adalah kementerian yang mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintah di bidang perencanaan pembangunan nasional untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan negara. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional Republik Indonesia/Bappenas RI .

Sejarah terbentuknya depertemen/badan khusus yang menangani perencanaan pembangunan nasional dimulai pada 1947. Secara historis, diseminasi Kementerian PPN/Bappenas mengalami beberapa kali penggantian nama, dimulai dari Badan Perantjang Ekonomi pada 19 Januari 1947, yang kemudian disempurnakan menjadi Panitia Pemikir Siasat Ekonomi pada 12 April 1947.

Kemudian, penggantian nama ini juga berlanjut menjadi Dewan Perantjang Negara pada 7 Januari 1952, Dewan Ekonomi dan Perentjanaan pada 6 Juni 1956, Dewan Ekonomi dan Pembangunan pada 24 Agustus 1957, Dewan Perancang Nasional pada 23 Oktober 1958, Penetapan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional mulai berlaku pada 31 Desember 1963, dan yang terakhir adalah Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional pada masa orde baru-hingga sekarang.

Lowongan Kerja Kementerian PPN/Bappenas

Saat ini Kementerian PPN/Bappenas memberikan kesempatan lowongan dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Project Team Leader For Project Implementing Unit – Component 3 Lautra

  • Budget Total : IDR 805.000.000.-

The minimum qualications of candidates are follows :

  • Master’s degree (S2) in economics/science/environmental/social science/marine science/public policy/public finance/natural resource economics/Humaniroes, or other relevant studies to public funding
  • Has a minimum of 15 years of working experience with at least 5 (five) years of experience in lead project/equivalent position in relevant fields under projects financed by multi-donors
  • Experience in project management implementation
  • Experience in administering and managing grant funds
  • Having skills in communication and advocacy and prossessing extensive networks with Governments (national and sub-national), NGOs, and development partners
  • Familiar with terms of public finance, investment, and finance policy
  • Familiar with the marine and fisheries sector will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, including good oral and written English, report writing and presentation skills to a veriety of stakeholders

2. Procurement Specialist For Project Implementing Unit – Component 3 Lautra

  • Budget Total : IDR 575.000.000.-

The minimum qualications of candidates are follows :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (social science, finance, business, commerce, economics, science, law)
  • Hast at least 10 years of working experience and 5 years of experience in procurement functions
  • Has experience and familiarty with World Bank procurement Guidelines or World Bank Procurement Regulations
  • Has Experience and familiarity with the Government of Indonesia procurement system is preferred
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English (can be proven by an English certificate or in an interview)

3. Monitoring And Evaluation Specialist For Project Implementing Unit – Compenent 3 Lautra

  • Budget Total : IDR 575.000.000.-

The minimum qualications of candidates are follows :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in science/statistics/environmental/social science/marine science/public policy/public finance/accounting/business/natural resource economics or other fields relevant to public funding
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of working experience and 5 years of extensive experience in designed and administrating monitoring and evaluation instruments and systems, specifically participatory M&E and information systems
  • Familiarity with the marine sector and public finance, and preferably some experience with M&E in the marine or public finance sector
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally, and especially in writing (can be proven by an English certificate or in an interview)
  • Experience in the World Bank’s project and understanding specific data collection/analysis constraints will be advantageous

4. Administrative Officer For Project Implementing Unit – Compenent 3 Lautra

  • Budget Total : IDR 281.750.000.-

The minimum qualications of candidates are follows :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, administration, science, Humaniores, or other relevant studies
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience and 2 years experience in administrative functions
  • Familiar with state treasury system and development partner grant system
  • Good organizational skills and diligent attention to detail associated with documenting activities to maintain accurate and comlete program records
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English (can be proven by an English certificate or in an interview)
