Sales Executive – Brand Partnerships
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential brand sponsors who align with our team’s values, audience, and goals
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target brands, fostering trust and rapport
- Sales Pitch Development: Craft compelling sales presentations that maximize revenue and deliver mutual benefits for both parties
- Contract Management: Ovesee the execution and fulfillment of sponsorship contracts, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the esports sponsorship market
- Reporting: Track and report sales progress, key metrics, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
Qualifications :
- Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the esports or sports industry
- Passion for Esports: A genuine interest in and understanding of the esports ecosystem, including games, teams, and fan culture
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and secure favorable terms for both parties
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining strong relationship with clients and partners
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
- Existing Network: Established connections within the esports or sports industry
- Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative sponsorship packages and activations
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools
