1. Administrative Assistant
Job Description :
- As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the internal administration of the division, including but not limited to filing and duplicating documents, distribute documents, review and editing outgoing letters, and room bookings to support the activities of the division.
General Requirements :
- Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA minimum 3.00
- Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

2. Human Capital Operations Officer
Job Description :
- You will be responsible for carrying out HR operational activities in an accurate, timely manner and in accordance with applicable regulations, including employee relations, personnel administration, HC Information System, as well as sound and harmonious industrial relations to increase employee engagement levels.
General Requirements :
- Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA minimum 3.00
- Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

- Have good knowledge of Excel and Macro
3. Trading Surveillance Officer
General Requirements:
- Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA min. 3.00
- Good communication skills (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing

4. Trading Reporting and Evaluation Officer

Specific criteria:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree in Business Management of Telecommunication and Informatics / Economy (interested in IT Fields)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the relevant fields (trading/treasury operations) in Capital Market.
- Having Exposure in treasury operation including placement of Funds and investment in bonds, money market, and forex.
- Having knowledge about Capital Market Instrument & Capital Market Law.
- Possess the database query skill (preferably), as well as approaching and negotiation skill.
- Having good communication and presentation skills.
5. Financial Internal Audit Officer
General Requirements
- Graduated from a reputable university with min. GPA 3.00.
- Have good communication skills (Indonesia & English), both verbally and in writing.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Having knowledge related to Capital Market will be an advantage.

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Public Accountant Firm will be preferable.
- Have strong knowledge of financial audit procedures.
