1. Human Capital Generalist

Job Description :

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with the company’s workforce needs and strategic goals
Develop and implement employee development programs
Foster and maintain a positive industrial relations environment by facilitating effective communication and collaboration
Plan, execute and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or Psychological, with Minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience, Maximum age 27 years
Fast learner, strong in drive and result, persistent and able to perform individually or teamwork
Willing to be placed in Cikarang

2. General Affair Officer

Job Description :

Prepare budget estimates (RAB) for construction, civil and MEP work
Conduct site inspections, oversee project, and follow up on complaints
Coordinate with vendors on work changes and issue resolution
Liaise with relevant departements on JO, CO, RAB, invoices and other documents
Support maintenance activities

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Psychological with minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduates or 2 years working experience, Maximum age 27 years
Fast learner, strong in drive and result, persistent and able to perform individually or teamwork

3. Marketing Supervisor

Job Description :

Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs
Implement STP (Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning) and manage the 4Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Place)
Ensure sales targets for assigned products are met

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Management, with minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate or 2 years working experiences
Strong communication skills
Interest in the automotive field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point)

4. District Sales Supervisor

Job Description :

Create sales plans
Monitor and ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales activities
Evaluate sales performance of main dealers and products (sell-in and sell-out)
Prepare quartely reports and conduct reviews
Conduct monthly and annual reviews to guide main dealers in achieving targets

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in any major, with Minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate or 2 years working experiences, Maximum age 27 years
Fast learner, strong in drive and result, persistent and able to perform individually or teamwork
Willing to be placed all across Indonesia

5. Engineering Officer

Job Description :

Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies
Managing process resources
Optimizing current processes
Maintaining process documents

Qualification :

Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferably Mechanic) with minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience, Maximum age 27 years
Be able to communicate in English
Have a good skill to read and make drawing machine
Fast learner, strong in drive and result, persistent and able to perform individually or teamwork
