Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter, memegang Air Operator Certificate AOC 135-028. Berdiri pada tahun 2004, Susi Air mulai beroperasi dengan 2 pesawat pada bulan Desember 2004, Operasi di Medan dimulai pada tanggal 27 Desember 2004 sebagai respons terhadap gempa bumi dan tsunami yang menghancurkan sebagian besar wilayah tersebut. Kantor pusat PT. ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) berada di Jl. Merdeka 312, Pangandaran, Jawa Barat 46396.
Sejak saat itu, 2 pesawat secara permanen berbasis di Medan, dan setelah awalnya menyediakan penerbangan charter untuk organisasi bantuan, pada tahun 2006 Susi Air mulai mengembangkan rute terjadwal yang berbasis di luar Medan.
Susi Air memiliki 20 basis operasional utama di Medan, Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Bengkulu, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, Malinau, Kupang, Masamba, Manokwari, Biak, Nabire, Timika, Jayapura, Wamena, dan Merauke. Operasi didukung oleh total lebih dari 140 pilot, 75 insinyur dan mekanik pesawat terbang, serta 650 staf darat dan pendukung lainnya.

1. Driver
Job Requirements :
- Must have a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A)
- Hold an active Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
- Able to use Google Maps
- Honest, responsible, committed, and disciplined in carrying out duties
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia
- Able to work collaboratively in a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Capable of performing basic vehicle maintenance
- Primary placement in Pangandaran (but may be reassigned to other cities/regions in Indonesia)

2. Accounting Staff
Org. Setting and Reporting :
- The Accounting Officer position is located in the Finance/Accounting Department and reports to the Finance Supervisor and Finance Manager. The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Responsibilities :
The Accounting Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Inputting financial transactions into the accounting system (Accurate, Zahir, or Jurnal.id).
- Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
- Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Supporting any financial processes required.
- Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.
Competencies :
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Analytical Thinking: Understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams.
- Organizational Skills: Maintains thorough and organized financial records.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field.
Work Experience :
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred.
Languages :
- Fluency in Indonesian and English are required.
Assessment :

3. Operations Control Centre (OCC)
Organizational Context :

As part of our growing team, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Operations Control Center (OCC), which plays a crucial role in coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all flights.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Under the supervision of the Head of OCC, the OCC Officer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating flight schedules and operations in compliance with aviation standards
- Monitoring real-time flight activities and ensuring smooth dispatch
- Communicating effectively with pilots, crew, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring safety protocols and airport regulations are adhered to
- Maintaining documentation and operational records
- Responding promptly and effectively to operational challenges
- Performing other duties as required
Qualifications and Experience :
Education:
- Degree in Aviation or related field is required
Experience:

- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in airline operations or related aviation roles
Licenses/Certificates:
- Active FOO (Flight Operations Officer) License
- Certificate of completion for airline operations courses

4. Management Trainee Human Resource
Responsibilities :
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of employment laws and regulation is a plus
- Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
- Ability to work well in a team
- English is mandatory
- Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if need)

5. Management Trainee Legal
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
- Minimum 1 Year work experience
- Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
- Able to handle company documents and permits
- Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
- be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Flexible in terms of working hours
Responsibilities :
- Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
- Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
- Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter

6. Flight Following
Organizational Context :
- As part of our Operations Department, the Flight Following Officer plays a vital role in supporting flight safety and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for maintaining real-time awareness of all flight activities and ensuring effective communication between flight crews, dispatch, and operational teams.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Operation, the Flight Following Officer will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and tracking all active flights in real time using flight following systems and tools
- Communicating with pilots to ensure flight status, schedule adherence, and safety
- Coordinating with relevant internal units (e.g., maintenance, dispatch) and external agencies (e.g., air traffic control)
- Maintaining operational logs, records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Reporting and escalating operational irregularities or emergencies as per company procedures
- Supporting other OCC activities and duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience :
Education:
- Diploma (D3) in Aviation or a related field is required
Experience:
- Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in airline operations, dispatch, or OCC roles
Licenses/Certificates:
- Completion of certified Flight Following or Flight Dispatch training is an asset
Competencies :
