PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services)

PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) yang berdiri sejak tahun 2003, mempunyai tujuan melaksanakan dan menunjang kebijakan dan program PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) selaku perusahaan induk khususnya usaha restoran kereta api serta usaha lainnya. Berikut ini adalah Walk-in Interview Pramugara dan Pramugari KAI Services.

Bermula atas kesadaran pemerintahan Hindia Belanda menyediakan restoran Kereta Api sebagai pemenuhan akan makan dan minum sepanjang perjalanan maka dibentuklah restoran Kereta Api pada rentang waktu 1930 an. Hingga akhirnya di masa PJKA yang Pada awal berdirinya di tahun 1971 adalah merupakan salah satu unit di Balai Besar PJKA dengan nama RESTORKA yang berkantor di jalan Stasiun Timur No. 6 Bandung.

Pada awal berdirinya RESTORKA hanya melayani minuman berupa “Es Siripit”, sampai pada tahun 1972 dalam surat keputuhan Direksi PJKA No. 4805/SK/72 tanggal 5 Desember 1972 ber iringan setelah diluncurkan KA Parahyangan, RESTORKA merupakan unit khusus dalam struktur organisasi PJKA yang memberi wadah tersendiri dalam penyelenggaraan atau pengelolaan kereta api, di masa itu RESTORKA menyediakan menu makanan salah satunya yang legendaris adalah “Nasi Goreng Parahyangan”.

Lowongan Kerja PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services)

Saat ini PT Reska Multi Usaha (KAI Services) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Data Analytic

• Status : Contract Based

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources including databases, APIs, and internal systems
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track IT performance and metrics
• Identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in large datasets
• Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Work with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Create documentation for data processes, tools, and dashboards

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in an IT or technical environment
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner

2. IT Support

• Status : Contract Based

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide first- and second-line support for all IT-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
• Assist with installation and updates of software and operating systems
• Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance
• Document technical procedures, support solutions, and user guides
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors
• Support remote users through VPN, remote desktop tools, or mobile device management

Requirements :

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and common IT tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. UI/UX Designer

• Status : Contract Based

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency
• Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and interface designs
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure a high-quality final product
• Continuously improve designs based on feedback, analytics, and user insights

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
