1. Intern Admin Procurement

Responsibilities :

  • Filing Document
  • Monitoring Invoice
  • Create Minutes of Meeting

Requirement :

  • Male/female
  • S1/D3 Logistics Management, Business Administration, Accounting Management
  • Good Communication
  • Proficient in operating MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Can join Immidiately

2. Product Advisor Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Visit customers to present products and services
  • Get potential customers and achieve sales targets
  • Follow up on deliveries and orders
  • Provide good service to customers
  • Make daily reports on follow-up and canvassing activities

Requirements :

  • Male/Female maximum 35 years
  • Bachelor degree any major
  • Minimum 3 years experiences
  • Having knowledge about trading and forwarding business
  • Have a good Communication Skill and Presentation Skill
  • Able to operate Ms Office
  • Ready for mobile work

3. Assistant Manager Accounting

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and review the work performed by Accounting team
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly reports
  • Assist the auditor in conducting the audit
  • Coordinate with other departements and ensure that accounting is properly supported based on their functions

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years working experience in related field
  • Have strong accounting skills
  • Proficient in the use of Ms. Office. Knowledge and experience with various accounting software is a plus
  • Having analytical & logistic skill regarding accounting
  • Having good communication skill & leadership

4. Manager Finance Accounting

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the financial process on a monthly basis, including ensuring expenses are incurred and recorded properly and correctly
  • Participate in business projects
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a successfull financial statement audit
  • Handling tax audits
  • Prepare monthly financial reports

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, Maximum 35 years old
  • At least 7 years working experience in related field and in the same level is required for this position
    Preferably coordinators/supervisor specializing in Accounting or equivalent
  • Preferably experience in logistic
  • Familiar with various accounting software
  • Have a strong leadership, good personality, good communication skill

5. Learning Instructor Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and coordinating with users regarding Training Need Analysis (TNA) to determine training needs
  • Facilitating the preparation of internal and external (Vendor) training facilities
  • Create and develop subjects training
  • Responsible for implementing the Information Security Management System (SMKI)

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree, preferably Psychology
  • Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position minimum 3 years
  • Good communication, good analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Having knowledge of Various teaching methods and approaches
  • Having certificate Training of Trainer is a plus

6. IT Solution Architect

Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining Sicepat Tech Infrastructure, both in VM and Containerized Environment
  • Create and Maintain Automation and CI/CD, both in VM and Containerized Environment
  • Manage Monitoring and Alerting for Application Level and Infrastructure level
  • Identifying and Resolving issues in both Infrastructure and Application
  • Constantly do research on how to make our System and Infrastructure better and efficient

Requirement :

  • +/-4 Years of Experience in IT Infrastructure Field
  • Experience in handling Large Scale IT System
  • Having great understanding on: Linux OS, Large Scale Programming, Monitoring and alerting, Database, Message Queueing, Infra-As-Code
  • Able to do problem solving in General
  • Great on communication and collaboration and also a fun person
