1. Sampoerna Graduate Trainee – Finance

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting major with minimum GPA: 3.20
Maximum of 2 years work experience
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
Willing to be placed in Jakarta & Surabaya

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

In this role, you’ll work on impactful projects that span across various fields:

IT Operations & Product:

Work on digital factory and supply chain solutions, predictive maintenance, and automation for quality control to ensure operational excellence.

Technology & Platform Engineering:

Build and optimize the core platforms, cloud infrastructure, collaboration tools, and enterprise systems using AI-driven solutions.

Information Security:

Design and implement security frameworks with AI-powered threat detection, analytics, and automated incident response.

IT Consumer & Commercial:

Create digital solutions to support our retail partners, including AI personalization engines, predictive analytics, and voice-enabled commerce.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Minimum GPA: 3.00
Maximum of 2 years work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with AI concepts, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Willing to be placed in Surabaya and/or Jakarta office
