Saat ini PT Paragon Technology and Innovation memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Innovation Management
- Innovation Management ensures that all projects align with the business strategy, brand positioning, and market potential, while also ensuring their feasibility and successful execution within the defined scope (budget, quality, cost) through effective resource management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in NPD project management & planning within FMCG/lifestyle.
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking with problem-solving ability.
- Skilled in translating consumer insights into product & portfolio strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities :
- Assess market opportunities, build and update NPD pipeline, categorize projects (CPI/NPI/BPI), and prioritize based on market momentum × feasibility.
- Define build/borrow/buy strategies using TRL & DRL, and propose portfolio direction through structured innovation checkpoints.
- Lead business and product development kickoffs with clear objectives, strategic intent, and portfolio fit.
- Align timelines, unlock critical decisions, and ensure product solutions stay on-strategy with key stakeholders.
- Continuously review business case, drive checkpoint discussions, and ensure readiness for market launch.
2. Product Experience and Innovation
- Product Experience and Innovation is responsible for bridging consumer insight, brand soul, and design strategy to create impactful product solutions. This role ensures that product concepts are rooted in consumer needs and translated into compelling product experiences — visually, functionally, and emotionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in product development, consumer research, and design (FMCG/lifestyle a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with aesthetic sensibility & awareness of design trends.
- Skilled in creating briefs and translating consumer insights into product/design direction.
Responsibilities :
- Discover consumer needs and trends through research, community visits, and collaboration with external partners.
- Design product solutions that solve consumer pain points and define clear USPs (formula, packaging, or both).
- Build creative briefs and define design routes aligned with brand narrative and target persona.
- Co-create packaging and product experience concepts with design teams, test with consumers, and finalize design.
- Craft key product stories and communication angles to deliver a strong, end-to-end product experience.
3. Creative Product Designer
- As a Creative Product Designer, you’ll create impactful packaging visuals — from developing graphic concepts and exploring design routes to producing artworks and mockups with cross-functional teams — while staying on top of design trends to deliver fresh, on-brand packaging experiences.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in product development, consumer research, and design (FMCG/lifestyle a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with aesthetic sensibility & awareness of design trends.
- Skilled in creating briefs and translating consumer insights into product/design direction.

4. Technology and Science Innovation
- Technology and Science Innovation is responsible for driving product innovation by exploring, selecting, and developing future-fit product solutions that balance consumer needs, technical feasibility, and business uniqueness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related sciences.
- Experience in Product Development/Innovation R&D (FMCG or beauty preferred).
- Strong technical & scientific literacy to assess feasibility and translate consumer needs.
- High curiosity with strong analytical, documentation & presentation skills.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration & translating insights into technical design.
Responsibilities :
- Define and propose technical product solutions (formulation, packaging, ingredients) based on product brief (business objective, strategic intent, etc)
- Collaborate with R&D, Packaging, Product Experience, and Manufacture to develop products from technical point of view.
- Ensure technology solution aligns with business objectives and portfolio strategy.
- Exploring technology solutions (for product – Incl. Formula, packaging, ingredients).
5. Research Analyst
Qualifications :
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in consumer/market research (experience in a market research agency is preferred).
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods with proven experience managing end-to-end research projects.
- Ability to transform research insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and innovation development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on the behaviors, motivations, and identities of Indonesian men in the context of grooming and wellness, as well as Personal Care.
- Manage the end-to-end research process (design, recruitment, fieldwork, up to insight synthesis).
- Support the integration of insights into innovation recommendations for Paragon’s male care category, especially for product innovation.
6. Technical Drawing Drafter
Qualifications :
- Minimum SMA/SMK in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in creating 2D/3D technical drawings for products or packaging using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and documentation control.
- Ability to work accurately and detail-oriented while maintaining systematic drawing revisions according to company standards.
Responsibilities :
- Create 2D/3D technical drawings for product packaging based on drafts/briefs from the Product Experience Innovation and Design Manufacture teams.
- Produce technical drawings to support design iterations, ensuring the prototyping team can develop accurate prototypes, and finalize technical drawings for mold makers and packaging converters.
- Maintain documentation and revision versions of drawings systematically in accordance with company standards.
