NSEI PERSONAL CONTRIBUTOR & INTERNSHIP

1. NSEI Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights to guide and shape business strategies
  • Guide and mentor team in problem-solving, slidemaking, and financial modelling
  • Drive initiatives that foster the company’s growth, innovation, and efficiency
  • Aid in project management, facilitating timely and effective communication between departments and leadership
  • Lead and support a range of projects from strategy formulation, execution, and operational excellence

Requirements :

  • Candidates with more than 3 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in academic, social impact, and leadership domains
  • High academic standing, with a GPA of >3.50 preferred
  • Prior track record of internships or roles in business/strategy sectors is an advantage
  • Candidates with backgrounds in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or Economics are especially encouraged to apply
  • Potential to thrive in dynamic environments, displaying robust analytical, and strategic thinking skills

Contract Details :

2. NSEI Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

3. NSEI Supporting Office Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate to ensure the seamless team orchestration, assisting in the coordination and execution of tasks aligned with project objectives
  • Support team in problem-solving, slidemaking, and financial modelling
  • Manage and fulfill HR & GA requirements for the NSEI team, and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Contribute to the development of effective ways of working within NSEI
  • Handle documentation and record-keeping tasks, and ensure compliance for NSEI
  • Serve as a liaison for matters related to finance, legal, IT, and other administrative functions
  • Systematically organize, document, and archive all relevant files and folders
  • Monitor and track assignments and other relevant tasks for effective project management

Requirements :

  • Candidates with 0-3 years of professional experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, managing emails and phone calls for the CEO
  • Prioritize and manage tasks on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven insights to guide and shape business strategies
  • Support team in problem-solving, slidemaking, and financial modelling
  • Aid in project management, facilitating timely and effective communication between departments and leadership
