PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (TRANS TV) adalah stasiun televisi swasta di bawah naungan TRANS CORP dan dimiliki oleh CT CORP yang mengudara secara nasional di Indonesia. Memperoleh ijin siaran pada Oktober 1998 setelah dinyatakan lulus dari uji kelayakan yang dilakukan tim antar departemen pemerintah, kemudian mulai siaran resmi secara komersial pada 15 Desember 2001. Memulai siaran Nasional pada tahun 2001, diawali dengan siaran percobaan Trans Tune In, TRANS TV merupakan sebuah perusahaan media pertama yang dimiliki oleh TRANSMEDIA, sebuah group media terkemuka dibawah naungan group CT Corp.

Selain TRANS TV, TRANSMEDIA sebagai group media yang berkembang pesat juga memiliki TRANS7, Transvision, Detikcom, CNN Indonesia, CNBC Indonesia, Hai Bunda, Insertlive.com, Beautynesia dan Female Daily.com. Kesemuanya tergabung dalam ekosistem Transmedia sebagai multi platform media terlengkap, solid dan mampu bersinergi antara satu dengan yang lainnya.

Saat ini PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (TRANS TV) memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Executive Secretary

Responsibilities Secretary :

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Requirements :

• Female maximum 28 years old
• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in any major
• Proven work experience as a personal assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail

2. Account Executive

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major with minimal GPA of 3.00
• Proven 1-2 years of experience as Account Executive Media (Fresh Graduate are Welcome to Apply)
• Interested in meeting and exceeding targets in Sales & Marketing
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Proven ability to position products against competitors
• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Good looking, attractive personality, honest, able to work under pressure and a multitasker

3. Production Assistant

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major. Minimum 1 year experience in production. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Working knowledge of video/image editing software is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication skill
• Attractive personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, oftentimes high-pressure environment and work well under pressure

4. Creative

Requirements :

• Experience and Fresh Graduate (Bachelor of Communication or Design Communicatiob Visual)
• Have ability for editing and grafic
• Mastered for adobe creative family software
• Ability to work under high load of work pressure (emotional control)
• Ability to communicate (Organizational experience)
• Capable to make a creative brief
• Knowing and understanding of digital marketing concept
