PT Supraco Indonesia  didirikan di akhir tahun 1979 dan termasuk salah satu perusahaan rintisan kelompok usaha Radiant Group yang mengawali kegiatan usaha terbatas di bidang manpower supply. Pada dekade tahun 1980an PT Supraco Indonesia merambah industri minyak dan gas bumi melalui pemberian jasa-jasa support operation dan maintenance dan berkembang pada pengelolaan dan manajemen warehouse dan camp service.

Hingga akhirnya di tahun 2002 perusahaan ini menjadi Entitas Anak dari Perseroan dengan terus mengembangkan kegiatan usaha pada lini bisnis antara lain jasa-jasa penunjang produksi minyak dan gas bumi lepas pantai antara lain meliputi jasa logistik, shore base, maintenance dan technical support services.

Associate Logistic Administrator

Job Description :

  • Responsible to provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support for the logistics organization in the Surabaya office. The focus is on enabling smooth day-to-day operations by centralizing data management, documentation, and communication activities, with major responsibilities:
    1. Operational Administration & Coordination:
      1. Maintain schedules, planning records, and logistics databases.
      2. Coordinate with teams to ensure readiness of materials, resources, and documentation.
      3. Support day-to-day execution by tracking progress and escalating issues when needed.
    2. Documentation & Reporting:
      1. Prepare, update, and distribute daily/weekly activity reports.
      2. Keep accurate records for work orders, permits, invoices, and vendor documentation.
      3. Archive completed files for audits and compliance purposes.
    3. Vendor & Budget Support:
      1. Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and proper paperwork.
      2. Collect and submit supporting documents for invoices and payments
      3. Track and record operational expenses to support budget monitoring.

Requirements :

  • Diploma (D3) in any related major.
  • Have minimum 3 years work experience, especially in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Have good knowledge in Logistic operation and material is a plus.
  • Have good understanding in Offshore operation, cost effective manner and work efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is preferrable.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to site locations for vendor supervision and activity monitoring.
  • Have self-motivated, quick learning, good interpersonal skill, supervisory skill, leadership, analysis skill, dynamic player, integrity, initiative, achievement oriented, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and HSSE concern.
  • Point of Hire & Working Location: Surabaya – Surabaya Office
