1. Finance Staff – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Record of all financial transactions, accounting processes, and manage company financial processes.
  • Provide company tax calculation and reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial report and  transaction journals.
  • Prepare monthly and annual tax report.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for accounting & tax tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field, preferably having work experience in KAP.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Ability to use accounting and tax applications.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

2. Tax Staff – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Compute and prepare withholding tax worksheet (Art 21,23,4(2) ) and report the Tax Return
  • Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
  • Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
  • Oversee and perform as necessary tax compliance activities for individuals and businesses
  • Control and monitor all tax daily operation, including all kind of tax report to generate
  • Responsible for monthly tax reconciliation with accounting department
  • Daily tax invoice, to provide, checking and ensure tax data are correct
  • Create PPN report and submit a monthly PPN payment
  • Reconcile PPN with Ledger
  • Make the company’s annual tax return

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience with similar position.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Knowledge and ability to implement tax regulation.
  • Certified brevet A/B will be advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

3. Reporting & Budgeting Staff – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Collect data from various source or department and analyze it based on business needs.
  • Maintain data progress and operational management report accurately.
  • Monitor and analyze budgets for various projects and departments.
  • Prepare annual budget.
  • Gather budget and support budget compilation activities.
  • Create various reports to monitor actualization of the budget proposed.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 6 years of proven working experience in Reporting and Budgeting.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and budgeting.
  • Excellent in using SAP.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to cross-functional teams.
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

4. BU Services – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Gathering data from various sources including spreadsheets, databases and more.
  • Clean and transform the data to ensure its quality and accuracy.
  • Processing, designing, and presenting data in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
  • Create and maintain databases, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare final analysis reports for relevant stakeholders to understand the steps of data-analysis for further decision making.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Statistic/Applied Mathematics.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in data analyst and reporting preferably from real estate industry.
  • Strong skills using tools: Ms. Excel (Advance), Ms. Power Point, Ms. Power BI, etc
  • Experiences in using SQL and Python professionally.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting Skills.
  • High ownership, accountability, and self-initiative.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work across departments. 
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.

5. Creative in House Staff – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Conceptualize and develop creative design ideas that meet the campaign brief and align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Manage CIM and brand guideline implementation across SBUs (projects), ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support corporate and SBU’s in terms of branding and promotion design.
  • Cooperate and supervise brand agencies in developing campaign or any creative projects.
  • Develop creative visual content guidelines and review regularly based on external benchmarking or internal suggestions.
  • Manage multiple creative design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh design elements into projects.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design or related major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Having skill and strong understanding in visual communication, design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and video editing.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, having good initiatives, adaptive. 
  • Motion Graphic is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

6. Structure Engineer – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from consultants, develop design details, ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate.
  • Coordinate with consultant and internal user in regard to design plan.
  • Prepare drawings necessary for project’s planning & development permit/ project’s tender.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as technical planner in Consultant/Developer in High Rise Project.
  • Oversee Structural design/documentation team with detail design resolution.
  • Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent in using ETABS, Ms. Excel and AutoCAD.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

7. ME Coordinator – BSD

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of Office building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator), electrical and plumbing fields.
  • Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Familiarity with operation and maintenance systems for lifts, escalators, air conditioners, Chillers, STP.
  • Ability to budgeting and planning for building mechanical maintenance.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.

8. Mechanical Coordinator – ITC Mangga Dua

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of ITC building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.
  • Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Building Maintenance in high-rise building/retail shopping center/mall.
  • Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with operation and maintenance system and maintenance elevator, escalator, AC, Chiller, STP.
  • Good communication and hardworking nature.
  • Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Jakarta Utara.

9. CR / TR Staff – ITC Mangga Dua

Job Descriptions :

  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers / tenants
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
  • Carry out handover activities / BAST for new tenants and tenants who have expired
  • Responsible for controlling the kiosk
  • Designing promotional media with creative ideas for ITC development

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree any major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Relation in retail or shopping center
  • Have the ability to create promotional content for tenants on multi social media platforms
  • Used to working with predefined deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, Central Jakarta

10. Customer Service Desk Staff – Kota Wisata

Job Description :

  • Monitor all customer tickets (inquiries, requests & complaints) to meet the service level.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to resolve customer complaints
  • Record the customer complaint and prepare the complaint reports on daily basis.
  • Prepare units before handover and serve customers during handover.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering/Management/Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
  • Computer literate in Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Kota Wisata.
