PT Hon Chuan Indonesia pertama kali didirikan tahun 2004, ditandai dengan kerjasama antara Taiwan Hon chuan (THC) dan PT. ABC President Indonesia. Pabrik pertama Hon Chuan Indonesia, yakni di Karawang, dibangun di bawah skema in-house di mana Hon Chuan Indonesia bertanggung jawab untuk memproduksi kemasan plastik, sementara PT. ABC President Indonesia menangani proses filling. Lowongan Kerja PT Hon Chuan Indonesia.

Pada tahun 2009, Hon Chuan Indonesia mengembangkan bisnis ke daerah Bogor; 50 km dari Karawang. Dengan skema bisnis yang mirip, Hon Chuan Indonesia bergabung dengan pabrik in-house milik PT. Futami food and Beverage. Pabrik in-house ini menggunakan sistem hot filling dan Hon Chuan Indonesia bertanggung jawab menyediakan botol dan tutup botol.

Pada tahun 2013, Hon Chuan Indonesia berinvestasi untuk mendirikan sebuah pabrik produksi kemasan yang berdiri sendiri di kawasan Industri Cikarang. Di pabrik ini, Hon Chuan Indonesia menempatkan mesin preform, cap dan fasilitas printing untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar. Plant Cikarang mulai beroperasi penuh pada tahun 2014.

Saat ini PT Hon Chuan Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Management Trainee (MT) Production – Pandeglang

Requirements :

• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
• At least 1-2 year of working experience in food and beverage manufacturing (Mixing, Filling and OEM Beverage)
• Understanding Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 22000) and ISO 9001
• Self-starter and creative with initiative of improvement
• Have a strong desire to learn and uphold high loyalty to work in a long term
• Hard worker and have a good attitude
• Good communication and good player on individual or team
• Willing to be located in Pandeglang, Banten

Job Description :

• Handling machine project, handover and report
• Line improvement or additional equipment related to customer project
• Back up and organize technical data parameter, troubleshooting machine
• Help analyze & increasing overall machine efficiency
• Monitoring maintenance plan implementation
• Give solution and minimize the major problem at machine or equipment

2. Management Trainee (MT) Production – Mojokerto

Requirements:

• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Automation Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any relevan major
• At least 1 year of working experience in Production/Engineering/Maintenance and Program Development System in packaging industry would be an advantage
• Understand the concept of production efficiency and project management
• Have a basic understanding of PLC, pneumatics, hydraulic robotic systems.
• Understanding of TPM and machine reliability improvement programs
• Analytical, innovative, and have a deep technical understanding
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Ngoro-Mojokerto

Responsibilities:

• Handling project management system
• Back up and organize technical data parameter, troubleshooting machine
• Help analyze & increasing overall machine efficiency

3. General Affairs (GA) Staff

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Required Skill(s): General Affairs, General Administration, Quotation & Invoicing, Purchase & Procurement, Facility Maintenance, Microsoft Office & SAP/ERP
• English Active (spoken & written)
• Preferably have experience working at a Manufacturing Company such as Admin GA or General Affairs Staff for more than 1 year
• Have car driving license would be advantages (SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung Plant

Job Description :

• Maintain lease agreements and renewals third party
• Perform maintenance on office facilities and infrastructure in a fast and accurate way
• Collaborate with Building Management handling broken facilities, mechanical, and electrical problems
• Help to maintenance Company Facilities such as AC, Room Facilities, Security & Cleaning Facilities, Transportation Facilities, Production Support Equipment (Uniforms, APD and Cleaning Equipment)

3. Utility Operator

Requirements :

• Educational background minimal SMA/SMK
• Experienced in Beverages Manufacturing 1-2 years handle WTP/WWTP
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of utility systems, including water treatment, power generation, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Proficiency in operating various utility system control panels, software, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to utility system operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external service providers.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging conditions, including exposure to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
• Have basic language in English
• Willing to work in shift (two shift) and overtime
• Willing to be placed in Cibitung Plant

Job Description :

• Operate Utility equipment in shift (Compressor, Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, WTP/WWTP, Electricity)
• Together with Shift Leader ensure the Utility supply quality in shift
• Troubleshoot the Utility equipment problem in shift
• Implement the predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance for Utility Equipment in shift

4. Engineering Packaging (Bottle)

Requirements :

• D3/D4/S1 Mechanical Engineering 
• Have at least 2 years of experience in the industry as a technician
• Have knowledge and experience related to blowing machines (Sidel)
• Have a good understanding of Blowing machines
• Have a good understanding of Engineering Drawings
• Have an understanding in the fields of Autonomous Maintenance, K3, Quality system
• Willing to work in a shift system & overtime

Job Description :

• Machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Daily check for production and auxiliary machine
• Machine start up, shut down and parameter adjustment
• Production line continuous improvement
