1. Customer Relation Officer

Job Description :

• Providing information, accepting complaints, and being accountable for following up with customers after they have purchased items or used services. This follow-up seeks to retain customer relationships and deliver satisfactory service

Requirement :

• Minimum D3 education in all majors
• At least one year of experience as a customer relations officer
• Excellent communication skills, throughness, honesty, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

2. Service Manager

Job Description :

• Responsible for maximizing the efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction of the service department at the branch level. This individual oversees all aspects of service operations, including managing, mentoring, and developing the team of service advisor and technicians

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any field
• At least 4 years of working experience handling area after sales from automotive industry
• Required Skills: Basic dealer operation management, Advance communication skill, High Leadership skill
• Certified Proven zone/district/area manager training and Business efficiency (Green Belt 6sigma or equivalent) will be an advantage
• Preferably Manager/Assist Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent

3. Partman

Job Description :

• Responsible for the efficient management, sourcing and distribution of automotive parts and accessories for external retail customers. Ensures optimal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and provides expert technical assistance to support timely vehicle repairs

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Partman in automotive dealers
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Experience in electrical vehicle service or hybrid vehicle system is a plus
• Critical for maintaining inventory records selecting the correct part numbers

4. Service Advisor

Job Description :

• Responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by accurately identifying vehicle service needs, providing detailed repair explanations and estimates, and maintaining communication throughout the service process

Requirement :

• Min. Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience as an Service Advisor in automotive dealers
• Willing to learn and adapt to emerging EV technologies
• Experience in electric vehicle service or hybrid vehicle system is a plus
• Possession of a valid automotive mechanic certification or professional technical license is an advantage
• Ability to drive a car (holding a valid driver’s license) is mandatory

5. Mechanic

Job Description :

• Responsible for performing maintenance, inspection and repair of vehicle in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications, ensures that all vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality and operational excellence

Requirement :

• Min. SMK or Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience as an Mechanic in Automotive
• Willing to learn and adapt to emerging EV technologies
• Experience in electric vehicle service or hybrid vehicle systems is a plus
• Possession of a valid automotive mechanic certification or professional technical license is an advantage
• Ability to drive a car (holding a valid driver’s license) is mandatory
