PT Pelita Air Service (PAS) adalah anak usaha dari Pertamina yang berbisnis di bidang penerbangan. Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, perusahaan ini memiliki kantor manajemen di Bandar Udara Pondok Cabe dan tiga kantor cabang, yakni di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma, Bandar Udara Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman, dan Bandar Udara Pinang Kampai. 1. Line FOO Charter

• PT Pelita Air Service is opening a Flight Operation Officer (FOO) recruitment for 2026 to support Charter business operations. This opportunity is open to Diploma (D3) graduates or equivalent from all majors. Candidates who demonstrate strong work motivation, solid aviation knowledge, the ability to work effectively in a team, a good understanding of aviation regulations, and excellent physical and medical condition are encouraged to participate in the 2026 recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent
• All majors
• Maximum age of 26 years old as of December 31, 2026
• Possession of a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) License and valid Medical Certificate
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English (minimum TOEIC score: 500)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with flight operations management software, such as Computerized Flight Planning, Scheduling Systems, Aircraft Performance systems, and related applications

2. Officer I Cost Management

• Pelita Air is opening a vacancy for the Cost Management position. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing airline operational costs to improve efficiency and control expenses in line with the company’s targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in:
  • Accounting
  • Management
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Maximum age of 27 years as of December 31, 2025
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum accreditation of B or Very Good
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0

3. Officer II Budget Monitoring & Control

• Pelita Air is opening a vacancy for the Budget Monitoring and Control position. This role is responsible for monitoring the realization of the company’s budget, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring that budget utilization aligns with the company’s plans and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in:
  • Accounting
  • Management
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Maximum age of 27 years as of December 31, 2025
• Bachelor’s degree from a university with a minimum accreditation of B or Very Good

4. Officer II General Accounting

• Pelita Air is opening a vacancy for the General Accounting position. This role is responsible for financial recording, period closing, and financial reporting, as well as ensuring that all airline account balances comply with accounting standards and aviation regulations.
