Job Descriptions :
- Mapping the needs of store employees
- Coordinating with the operations team regarding fulfillment employee needs
- Carry out the transfer process for store employees
- Carry out the process of maintaining and updating the store employee database
- Responsible for outlet employee promotion programs
- Managing the talent pool and monitoring the acting process of store employees
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Experienced at least 1 year in Talent Management
