Leader Acceleration Development Program Batch 20
- This program is designed to develop high-potential young leaders. Through a structured learning approach, on-the-job training, mentoring, and strategic projects, participants will be equipped with business knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the retail and outdoor lifestyle industry.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.25
- Min. 1 year experience preferable in retail industry
- Active in organization / have internship experience is a MUST
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interested in sales strategy and business development
- Able to lead and coordinate a team
- Willing to work on weekend / holidays
- Willing to be placed in any EIGER ADVENTURE STORE (in Indonesia)
