1. Front Office

Qualifications :

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
Having other international language will be a plus point
Knowledgeable in front office operations
Customer Service oriented
Proficient in operating computers
Well-groomed
Pleasant personality

Job Description :

Provide excellent service to the tenants
Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departements
Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants
Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information
Knowledgeable in products and services for residence’s daily activities

2. Concierge Officer

Qualifications :

Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s degree from any major are welcome to apply
Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Able to speak other international languages is a plus point
Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
Outstanding customer service skills are required
Technology savvy
Willing to work in shifts
Well-groomed
Pleasant personality

Job Descriptions :

Build and maintain a good relationship with customers
Provide excellent service to customers
Monitoring and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard
Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia’s promotional programs and activities
Administer G CARD transcations
Handle complaints, provide appropriate & prompt solutions

3. Security Supervisor

Qualifications :

Diploma Degree in any major
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Supervisor in a similar property
Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and related software
Have attended seminars or training about the prevention of Radicalism or Terrorism, Suveillance, Law Enforcement, Emergency Handling of Natural Disaster, and other issues related to security and safety matters
Proficient in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written
Have Gada Madya, Basic First Aid Proritized, and Fire Extinguisher Certifications
Knowledgeable of fire safety systems
Proper grooming and appearance

Job Descriptions :

Supervise day-to-day security operations and the system of Kempinski Private Residences
Supervise both internal and outsourced security on implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WI) within the Security Department
Analyze the budget management and asset-opname
Incident handling
Overseeing the trainings of security personnel both on skills and knowledge, such as fire drill, handcuff and security baton
Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all security working areas, including all tools and equipment

4. Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in electrical or mechanical Engineering
Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Engineer
Supervisor/Team Leader level in apartment is preferred
Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
Having and Engineering Certificate is advantageous
Having strong analytical thinking
Having expertise and understanding in a variety of engineering disciplines

Job Descriptions :

Prepare, monitor and execute preventive maintenance
Coordinate inspection and testing activities of protective and safety equipment
Conduct safety outreach in the workplace
General inspection to ensure maintenance
Oversee operations according to company policies and procedures (according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery
