PT Jawa Satu Power adalah badan usaha patungan antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia (“PPI”), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. dan Sojitz Global Investment B.V. Didirikan pada tanggal 05 Desember 2016 sebagai perusahaan dengan tujuan khusus dalam menjalankan, mengendalikan dan mengelola aset kegiatan usaha pembangkit listrik Jawa-1 yang merupakan pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar gas dengan teknologi CCGT terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Lowongan Kerja PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP).

Perseroan menjalankan usahanya secara profesional dengan menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien guna memberikan nilai tambah yang berkesinambungan bagi para pemegang saham.

PT Jawa Satu power menangani lebih dari 20 perusahaan yang terlibat, 3 anggota konsorsium utama, 2 anggota tambahan di FSRU (PT Jawa Satu regas), 3 pemberi pinjaman senior (JBIC, NEXI, ADB) ditambah 5 bank komersial (Mizuho, MUFG, societe generale , bank OCBC, agricole kredit), 3 kontraktor EPC utama, dan penasihat keuangan, hukum, dan teknis. Perusahaan yang terlibat berasal dari Indonesia, Jepang, Korea, Amerika, dan Eropa yang menghubung

Lowongan Kerja PT Jawa Satu Power (JSP)

Saat ini PT Jawa Satu Power membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Warehouse Supervisor

Placement Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang

Requirements :

Has at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering.
Has a minimum of 5 years experience in the warehouse at power industry or similar industry with 24/7 operations
Has a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar supervisory position
Required skills: Warehouse Management System, Inventory Management, Logistics, Receiving, Distribution and Planning Management, ERP (SAP and Maximo), ISO, 5R, Leadership, Communication, Analytical thinking
Knowledge of typical safety and environmental requirement for the storage of hazardous materials
Able to create and develop an SOP for the Warehouse Operations and familiar with the relevant business process for the Power Plant’s Warehouse or similar industry
Knowledge of Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting the overall activity of warehouse operations
Knowledge of typical procurement activity, commercial processes, and budgeting system
Experience with the implementation of computerized Accounting systems & Maintenance
Management systems, inventory control, and warehouse management systems
Good leadership skills in a multicultural environment, Possess excellent team-building skills
The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

2. Human Resource & General Affair Manager

Placement Cilamaya, Kab. Karawang

Requirements :

Has at least an MSc/ BSc degree or equivalent work experience
10 years experience in human resource management and/or administration and 5 years experience as an HR Manager
The ability to develop and implement all the programs and procedures required to manage the human resources at a power plant or manufacturing facility
Substantial knowledge in Labour Law, Social Security & Income Tax Regulations
Significant knowledge of the Indonesian Ministry of Labour law and other statutory, procedures, practices, functions & processes related to the operation of power plant or manufacturing facility
Good leadership skills are proven in an industrial environment
Good understanding of Compensation and Benefits matters
Pertaining to local as well as expatriate employees
Good understanding of employee recruitment process
Knowledge of payroll-related programs and processes
The ability to effectively communicate, orally and in writing, English and Bahasa Indonesia
Possess excellent team-building skills
